Dr. Robinson and her staff are amazing! I cracked my tooth and needed a repair badly. I was concerned about safety during the pandemic but felt safe in this office, they cut no corners with full staff PPE and equipment. Highly recommended!

The team here are excellent and do an amazing job. Had three cavities filled today and they came out great. Been seeing Dr.Robinson since I was a a very young child at another practice, and since she has had her own. Would strongly recommend to anyone to come here.

I have not had good experiences with dental work at this practice and would not recommend this practice to my family or friends. And after seeing their response to another review here, making public claims about the reviewer's mental health, I will absolutely not be returning. Disgraceful. Edit: To clear up any confusion, this is not the same Steven as the other review, as claimed by the response from this dental practice. I have indeed had work done at this dental practice multiple times over multiple years, under a different name than my Google account. Very unprofessional responses from the handler of this dental practice's account.

Dr Robinson and her office are thorough, professional, and great to work with. ALWAYS transparent, above board, and honest. Almost a pleasure to go to the dentist! Well, that's stretching it a bit

The hygienist did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and was kind enough to provide numbing gel to prevent pain while cleaning under my gums. I need a crown and the dentist recommended an expensive but durable zirconia crown. I agreed and the office submitted an estimate to the insurance company, but the estimate came back with the price for a porcelain crown. When I asked if she would give me a signed copy of a lab order specifying zirconia material for the crown, suddenly I was told the dentist was no longer interested in doing the work. I'm glad I did not get my crown there and wonder if her patients are actually getting the same materials they are paying for. Caveat emptor. Most people are not aware that the money saved by having an equal quality but otherwise expensive dental procedure (a crown, for example) performed in Mexico or Asia can more than cover the cost of the airplane ticket. It can be like getting a free vacation. Cancun and southeast Asia are really nice in January, and often the expensive American dentist is ordering the very same crown from Asia anyway (Google it). If more patients knew that, maybe more Massachusetts dentists would be willing to actually put their recommendations in writing. Edit: An hour after posting the above review, I received an intimidating voicemail threatening to sue me for supposedly making an accusation of insurance fraud. I don't agree, but rather suspect this dentist is unable to handle valid criticism. Therefore I must add the following disclaimer: This review is my own personal opinion in relation to my actual experience with professional services rendered, in no way represents the opinion of my employer, and is not an allegation of fraud. Google's reviews are not much use to you if nothing negative is allowed to be written, so if I have to spend thousands of dollars and share my story with local news media to defend my right to free speech so that you can continue being able to read honest reviews then I will gladly do so. It is interesting to note that the problem of reviewer intimidation is common enough that other review services have felt compelled to add warnings such as the following: "Consumer Alert: Questionable Legal Threats This business may be trying to abuse the legal system in an effort to stifle free speech, including issuing questionable legal threats against reviewers. As a reminder, reviewers who share their experiences have a First Amendment right to express their opinions on Yelp."

I came to Linda Robinson after a horrific experience at Tufts Dental School preparing for an extensive dental restoration, after months of driving to and from Boston, nearly two hours away, just for the "planning phase" no work had yet to be done and my pain had become unbearable to the point I was hospitalized just to manage pain. The entire staff and the doctor were caring, compassionate and patient, as I was petrified just to get in the chair after literally several years of excruciating pain. Now with all the procedures complete and my self confidence restored, I can not say enough about both the staff and Dr. Robinson! I would and often do recommend them to anyone!

When Dr. Robinson left the practice where I met her, I was disappointed because I trusted her expertise and opinion. When I found out where she started her own practice, I switched. Women (well, everyone) will appreciate having a female dentist who is highly trained, stays current and is kind. Her staff are also excellent and kind.

My daughter is 17 and felt self-conscious about her smile because her teeth were quite yellow. She is about to have her senior pictures and wants to have a beautiful smile with white teeth. As we walked into Dr. Robinson's office we were greeted pleasantly by both of the staff members sitting in the front office. My daughter barely sat down before she was called back by the hygienist even though we were a few minutes early. The atmosphere was extremely friendly as I was greeted by almost every staff person as they walked through the front office. My daughter said the hygienist was amiable as well. The first visit was to take molds for trays and the second visit was to make sure the trays fit properly and receive some education about the process. After 2 weeks of treatments my daughter is thrilled with the results of her smile containing gorgeous white teeth. We are new to this process and were a little nervous about it, but we had absolutely no issues with the process and are happy with the results this office has produced.
