My experience with Dr. Rick's and her staff has been a really good one. Her staff is professional, pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Rick's is very good at what she does. I am in the process of completing my second root canal and I can honestly say the experience has been good. I barely felt a thing. I would recommend Dr. Rick's for sure!

My experience at Dr. Ricks's office was nothing short of amazing! Her office is beautiful and full of state of the art equipment. Her staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They follow up and follow thru. I've had limited experience with having a root canal procedure and found Dr. Ricks to be meticulous, patient and through. She administered anesthesia only once each visit and I was completely numb to the experience. As a result of her dedication, expertise and perseverance she was able to open a very difficult root canal that saved me from a surgical procedure and saved my tooth. I am forever grateful and I know that I couldn't have been in better hands. She is a master of her profession!

I was very nervous going in, but the staff was so nice! Dr. Ricks was very kind and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. She was very vigilant in making sure I was numb and not experiencing any pain from the procedure. Would definitely recommend getting treatment done here. It's now been about 10 hours since the procedure and although my gums and check are sore from the numbing injections, my tooth feels fantastic. :)

Dr. Ricks and her staff are warm and professional. The office is clean with modern state of the art equipment. Dr. Ricks is known for being gentle and kind. I found that to be true. I had a very difficult root canal, but Dr Ricks completed it painlessly and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

She is the most gentle Endodontist that I have ever had.She went out of her way to make me comfortable during my root canal. I hardly felt the shots and...Poof, it was all done. Thank you, because I came in -in pain.

Terrible staff! Don't return phone calls! when trying 2 schedule a much needed appointment. How dare they treat people in this manner. I can't believe a dentist office actually did this to me!! You have to call them back for them to tell you lies of why they never called. Then they ask for ur personal info & promise all this wonderful stuff they're going to do and don't call you back again. Then I call again & they brush u off with more lies! Hopefully this is not the place you want to go to have work done on your teeth because you can't believe a word they say & they make promises they don't keep!! I wouldn't trust them with my teeth!!!! as I have been treated terribly & it shows they DO NOT CARE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL..... Please note that if the owner replies to this post it will definitely let you think they are perfect and do no wrong, look at all her other replies she never once apologized to anyone or try to make it better. Let it be known no one's perfect as they claim to be. The End

Dr. Ricks was incredible! Kind, comforting, and professional. The first time I've had a root canal with zero pain! And I've had more than a handful of them. Great communication too. I got an appointment the day after I called. They called me the day of my appointment and asked if I could come an hour earlier. Which I jumped on! A very pleasant experience. Thank you Dr. Ricks!

Dr Rick performed a root canal through an existing crown. The procedure was painless after the initial pinch for the shot with the anesthetic. I was comfortable during the procedure. The office is very hi tech. I felt confident that everything was being done right. I have had virtually no post procedure discomfort.

Please be cautious with this office. Dr. Ricks did a nice job with my root canel though calls were not returned when I had pain. Several messages were left. However they will call requesting payment. In addition, the office will charge your credit card without approval. Even we asked not to use the card on file they still did.

Dr Linda Ricks has such a gentle touch and soothing bedside manner. Her staff is professional and friendly too. Nobody wants to get a root canal. I walked in nervous and the ladies in the front put me at ease. Dr Ricks and her assistant we're very reassuring and finished my consultation and treatment in under an hour! Highly recommend this office for the best experience one could have when getting a root canal! Kudos ladies!

I've never felt safer getting a dental procedure more than in Dr. Linda's office. The staff is phenomenal, She is so gentle, takes into account if you are nervous or anxious and works accordingly With the utmost tenderness and care. And Angelina is the most helpful insightful and friendly assistant I have ever met. There are times where you go to a doctor or dentist and you feel overlooked, but not here. They truly care about their patients and it shows.

The Customer service I received today was an overwhelming phenomenon Great! Dr. Ricks is such a heartfelt Caring Doctor. It's the feeling of having your Mom to comfort you while you're getting your dental treatments. The girls at the front desk are so respectful and caring as well. I had a great and painless experience getting a root canal by Dr. Ricks. From the first phone call to make an appt. to the reception at the office, the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Ricks and her asst. Melissa worked seamlessly y together to fix my cracked tooth. Dr. Ricks did a great job on the tooth, has a very pleasant bedside manner, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I recommend this office for your endodontic needs.

Had an upper molar root canal in the far back. Probably one of the worst places to get a root canal. I hate any dental work, but this procedure went about as good as it can get. Fast, almost entirely painless, professional and done in one sitting. I hope I never have to go back but if I do, I don't think I could get anyone better.
