I had to get six teeth extracted. Dr fratallone and his staff were extremely understanding of my being terrified of dental work and explained things to me and comforted me through the process. Took only an hour!

I would NOT recommend this office. The dr was unprofessional and unconcerning to why i was there to begin with. He had no concern about the broken tooth causing me moderately severe pain that i wanted removed or taken care of. His main concern was about removing my wisdom teeth, which give me no problems at all, bc the insurance would cover it.

Came to see this dr about having a wisdom tooth pulled and he insisted that even though my other wisdom tooth n tooth next to it weren't causing me a problem that I HAVE NO CHOICE but to have them pulled too since they may become a problem in the future! He literally refused to just do the work i needed! Very unprofessional and obviously only out to make the big bucks with no concern for your best interest.

Dr Frattelone is fine, but the staff is very unaccommodating. If you use their Lincroft office, they "do not accept insurance" and will make little effort to help you submit for reimbursement. They are rude and do not return phone calls for support. Expect to spend a lot on your treatment and not get a penny back because they won't fill out any forms for you or give you the information you need for insurance. I want to add that after this initial post, as a result of my repeated complaints, my husband was contacted by the office manager, Shari, who finally helped to give us the information we needed. I would suggest that Shari give both Linda and Vicki lessons in customer service, because they are severely lacking. If you have an insurance issue - make sure you speak to Shari for it! Thank you, Shari! I also need to add that my husband had to have his very expensive sinus lift surgery repeated (with another Dr, of course) because Dr Frattelone did a horrible job - his cheek was stitched too tightly to his gum, which caused his new bone buildup to grow in crooked and it could not supprot a post. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. STAY AWAY.

I have been a patient here numerous times and found the staff to be very helpful. Dr. Frattelone is very professional and caring, as is his staff!
