Shannon began her career in Dental Assisting with Dr. Cochran in 1995. What she enjoys most about working in the dental field is making patients feel comfortable and helping them become well informed of all of their treatment options.

Shannon carries her Radiology License from the Ohio State Dental Board and continues to take additional continuing education courses each year to stay abreast of the latest advancements and technology dentistry has to offer.

Jody brings 20 years of dental field experience to Lincoln Way Dental Group, bringing her combined experience as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist. Jody received her Dental Assisting certification in 1994 from DANB. Jody began working for Dr. Cochran in 1994. Jody carries her Radiology License from the Ohio State Dental Board.

Leah brings 24 years of Dental Assisting experience to Lincoln Way Dental. She joined the Lincoln Way Dental Group in June 2006. Leah enjoys getting to know each of our patients and has a warm caring personality that enables the patients to feel relaxed and comfortable. She feels the best thing about her job is working with a great team of dental professionals whose main goal is to provide the highest quality dental care in a fun and relaxed environment. Leah carries her Radiology License from the Ohio State Dental Board.

Linda began her career 30 years ago as a dental assistant and joined Dr. Cochrans staff in 2001. In 2011 Linda had the opportunity to move to the front office and enjoys welcoming patients into the office every day. Linda holds her Radiology License from the Ohio State Dental Board and is CPR certified.

Tricia began her career in Dental Assisting with Dr. Cochran in September 1999. In May 2004 she received her certification from The Ohio State University School of Dental Medicine/ EFDA Program. In June 2004 she received her EFDA certification from The Ohio State Dental Board. Tricias CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) certification allows her to assist the doctor in all clinical procedures. Tricias EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary) certification allows her to perform the same tasks as a dental assistant, plus place restorations and sealants, working under the supervision and full responsibility of our licensed dentist.

Michelle began her career in Dentistry as a Dentist Assistant for 4 years in Columbus. She continued her education and graduated from Ohio State University with her Bachelors Degree in the Science of Dental Hygiene in 1996. She has been practicing with Dr. Cochran since 1998. Michelle carries her license to administer local anesthetic. She pursues continuing education opportunities to stay current with the latest advancements and research in dentistry. She loves working at Lincoln Way Dental because of the latest technology is available to take care of her patients.

Jennifer began her career in the dental field in 1999 as a dental assistant at a Pediatric Dental Office. In 2005 she graduated from Dental Hygiene School at Cuyahoga Community College and has been practicing with Dr. Cochran since 2010.Jennifer loves educating her patients about oral hygiene and dental treatment options. She also enjoys working with children. Jennifer carriers her license to administer anesthetic. Jennifer is excited to be a part of Lincoln Way Dental team because of the wonderful patients and staff.

Lanae has been in the dental field since 1997. She received her dental assistant education from Akron Medical and Dental Institute. She is our newest addition here at Lincoln Way Dental Group. In her limited time here, she has found the atmosphere to be one of not only excellent dental care, but team support as well. She enjoys spending time with her husband and rescue animals.

Dr. Cochran was born and raised in Mount Vernon, Ohio. He graduated from Heidelberg College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Dr. Cochran graduated from The Ohio State College of Dentistry in 1988. After graduating Dr. Cochran completed a general practice residency program at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio which gave him additional advanced training.

Dr. Cochran practiced dentistry in the Dover-New Philadelphia area from 1991-2005. In 2001 while practicing in Dover, he joined Dr. Millers practice in Kidron on a part-time basis. In June 2006 the practice was relocated to a new facility, Lincoln Way Dental Group.

Dr. Cochran enjoys attending continuing education classes in all phases of dentistry which enables him to practice current and state of the art dentistry. He has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry.
