We have been seeing this pediatric dentistry group for several years and have been very happy with the dental care. Our main frustration with this practice is with their scheduling practices. At the end of each visit, you are automatically scheduled for another routine cleaning in 6 months for which they make no effort to accommodate or ask about your schedule preference. They also recently changed to a new mobile texting system where their messages come from a brand new automated (888) phone number. If your phone sends these texts to spam and you don't see the message to confirm your appointment, your visit is cancelled. We showed up for our assigned time, taking off from work and school, and they had given our appointment times to someone else. They did work to get us scheduled at another office that same day, but made sure to point out that we were at fault for not paying better attention to their text messages.

They are always amazing. But today my kid broke his tooth half off at the park and they got us in within 2 hours of the injury and were able to glue the tooth back together and you can hardly tell it happened. They were so kind and patient with him and the appointment went well in a very stressful, scary situation.

A great pediatric dentistry in Lincoln! A really great facility with lots of waiting room activities and I'm never waiting long for our appointment. You can tell the staff here genuinely loves kids and communicates very well with them. My daughter was very anxious about the dentist but after her very first visit all of that was gone because she had such a great experience. I would/do definitely recommend this dentistry!

We were very happy with this place. It was very welcoming and they had some fun things for the kids to do while they were waiting for their appointment. They got us in promptly and did all three kids at the same time (other dentists have made me take each one in individually, so this was nice to have everyone back there at the same time). They made the kids feel comfortable and were patient with my youngest who didn't want x-rays taken. They got new toothbrushes and cute prizes at the end. The dentist was very thorough and so friendly.

Our visits are always quick and efficient, and the staff are so friendly. My questions are always answered and I feel comfortable with our treatment plans!

My girls see Allie Wolf and she is great. The office staff and dental assistants have always been pleasant as well. They make going to the dentist a kid friendly experience.

The patience all the ladies had was AMAZING! They cared for my child with tender hands. I believe our emergency meeting will not need a followup because of the excellent care. Chyanne also gave me the handwritten note I needed for post care which I was so grateful for.

They did a great job of getting my kiddos in even though I mixed up the locations and was late for the appointment! Both my kids were happy when we left and did great job. Love the kids technology they have out front to keep them entertained and staff does a great job with keeping the kiddos feeling good and happy!! Usually go to salt creek so glad to see it's an amazing place as well here!!

Editing my previous review: We had a much better experience this time. They scheduled both kids at the same time in an open room, which was extremely helpful because we were done in 30 minutes total. The dentist and hygienists were kind and respectful. They did a good job with my older child who hates getting her teeth cleaned and is apprehensive about x-rays. We were able to fill out all the paperwork beforehand at home, and had the bill finalized as soon as we were done. Beforehand, we requested to not have any toys/prizes offered and that request was respected. My only suggestion would be to not have TV's with sound playing at the same time as a radio/background music in the waiting room. One or the other.

We love Dr. Allie and Cheyenne! My little guy was a bit scared when he went in, but after treatment he came out with a big smile. Thank you Dr. Allie and Cheyenne! I highly recommend Dr.Allie for your child(ren) dental needs.

Not the right fit for our family. We had to switch our toddlers dentist due to insurance network changes and this was our only option for a pediatric dental office. We will not be returning. We were told that our daughter needs several cavities filled (which is fine but strange because she had zero at her last visit at the other dentist) and that the best treatment plan would be to have her put to sleep to fix them. We informed them that our daughters vocal chords collapsed the one and only time she's been put under and that we aren't comfortable doing that for her teeth. They reached out to her pediatrician who claims to not have record of this happening and said she recommends anesthesia as the safest way. So, instead of her pediatrician or the dentists office calling the surgery center to get proof of her vocal chords collapsing they are ok with just going ahead and putting her to sleep. Not only are they ok with it but they made us feel like we're doing something wrong if we don't. I was very clear with the office staff and the dentist that they were being pushy and were making me uncomfortable with the way they were going about everything yet still continued to push their agenda. No one should ever feel disrespected or talked down to from a dental office, that's absurd.

Awesome dental hygienist however inconsiderate and discourteous office staff and office manager. I have removed my daughter as a patient from their practice.

We love this dentist office! Highly recommend!. Cheyenne and Doctor Allie were so kind and gentle with my little kids. They explained to them what they were doing and why. Perfect place to take kids to start good positive dental experiences. Also office is super cute.
