Dr. Jack is keenly aware of the profound impact he has on his patients, both in the short-term and long-term. Whether its through a smile enhancing procedure, treating oral disease or simply consulting with patients on ways to better care for themselves and their oral health, he is as inspired as he is grateful for the positive role he is able to play in the life of every patient. This gifted, caring, and dedicated specialist in cosmetic dentistry is a 1996 graduate of the University of Illinois School of Dentistry. He has a deep understanding of the subjectivity and even the emotion required to create warmth and visual harmony to a patients face. This is complemented by his extensive experience, hand skills and techniques.

As is true in all medical professions, staying up to date with changes and innovations in the industry is essential. This is why Dr. Jack dedicates over 100 hours every year to continuing education courses and conferences. He is also an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society.

Dr. Teofilo Limosnero or Dr. Teo as he is known by his patients is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology. He then attended the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry where he received a Bachelors Degree in Dental Science and his Doctoral Degree in Dental Surgery. Dr. Teo is also a graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. Dr. Teo has been in private practice since 1992, focusing primarily on comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on cosmetics. His practice philosophy is based on quality care and compassion that respects the patients right to choose treatment options based on his/her own personal health care philosophy. He is committed to building a trusting relationship with his patients knowing that a healthy, functional, and beautiful smile can alter lives!

Dr. Teo believes that education is critical to providing quality care. He feels that there is always more to learn. He has been a clinical instructor at the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry since 2011 where he instructs dental students in all aspects of restorative dentistry. Dr. Teo is the co-clinical director of and a clinical instructor for the Chicago Study Group of the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum (PAC), a continuing education organization dedicated to teaching Smile Design principles to its member dentists.

Dentistry is a constantly evolving field with new materials, techniques and equipment.To keep up with modern dental technology, Dr. Teo continues to learn and perfect his clinical skills by participating in yearly continuing education courses from prominent and well-respected dental institutions. He is currently a Dawson Scholar of the Dawson Academy. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. Out of the office, Dr. Teo is very active with his family, friends and the community. For 10 years he was a performing member of the Chicago Spirit Brigade or CSB, a nonprofit, adult, volunteer organization comprised of cheer, dance and drill teams. CSB is committed to raising funds for people living with life threatening challenges such as AIDS, HIV, cancer or homelessness. He has served as a Board member, Treasurer, performing member, and General Manager for the Group. But best of all, he especially loves spending time with dear friends and family, and traveling to the Pacific Northwest to spend time with his grandchildren.

Dr. Robin Gay received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine in 1985. She also received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 1981.

Dr. Gay is committed to a patient-centered experience. Advances in cosmetic dentistry led her to the pursuit of extensive continuing education in order to provide her patients the most innovative treatment. Graduation from the Hornbrook Center for Advanced Clinical Education and the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry, two of the most highly regarded centers of continued dental education, has allowed Dr. Gay to provide outstanding, innovative dental care to her patients. Recently becoming the Co-Director of the Chicago branch of the Pacific Esthetic Continuum, a study group focused on comprehensive smile design and full mouth reconstruction has allowed Dr. Gay to share her knowledge with not only her patients, but participating doctors and their patients as well. In private group practice for over twenty years, Dr. Gay continues to have a love for her ever-changing profession, and is grateful for the opportunity to continue to provide the latest that dentistry has to offer to her patients.

Dr. Shah completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola University in Chicago, IL, and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Boston University. She then completed a one year residency in Advanced Education of General Dentistry at Boston University.

Dr. Shah feels very strongly that the patient- dentist relationship is extremely important, and she prides herself on being able to treat patients with open lines of communication, compassion and the utmost professionalism.

Dr. Baima is a 1975 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI, where he received his DDS. After two years in private general practice, Dr. Baima earned an advanced degree in Periodontics from the Specialty Residency of Periodontology Program at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He subsequently completed advanced training in Prosthodontics, Dental Implantology and Maxillofacial Prosthetics/Head and Neck Cancer Treatment at the UCLA Medical Center and Veterans Administration Medical Center in West Los Angeles, CA.

After working as a dental assistant for four years, Jackie decided she wanted to have more of an impact on her patients. Thats when she enrolled to become a registered dental hygienist at Kennedy King College, an affiliate of the University of Illinois Chicago College Of Dentistry. When this very bright and talented student graduated, she walked down the aisle with more than just her degree. She also carried with her a handful of prestigious awards and honors including the exclusive Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award, an academic excellence award, and election into the professional honor dental society Sigma Phi Alpha. Jackie looks forward to helping you too.

Always striving to find a balance between professional and community service, Dr. Gay has had the privilege of serving on the Womens Board of the Childrens Place, the Womens Board for the Rehabilitation Institute and was twice elected to the District 101 School Board serving as Chairman of the Education Committee. Currently, Dr. Gay serves on the Board for the Primo Center which provides permanent housing for homeless women and children.

In 2002, Dr. Gay was chosen by the Salt Lake City Organizing Committee to be recognized as a torchbearer at the Salt Lake City 2002 Olympic Torch Relay for her years of professional and community service.
