Dr. Emily S. Willett is a board-certified orthodontist who believes everyonechild, teen, or adultdeserves a beautiful and confident smile. Her goal is to create a smile that her patients can be proud of for a lifetime. She enjoys the relationships she develops with her patients and their families as the process of orthodontic care unfolds.
Dr. Willett earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from theUniversity of Nebraska Medical Centers College of Dentistryin Lincoln. She graduated at the top of her dental class and was recognized for her clinical excellence and her patient-centered care.
She went on to complete a specialty Certificate of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the UNMC College of Dentistrywhile simultaneously earning her Master's of Science degree in Oral Biology.
Dr. Willett has extensive training in the latest major advances in orthodontics, including temporary anchorage devices (TADs), self-ligating brackets, clear aligners, and sleep-related breathing disorders and airway management.
She's committed to providing her patients with the best care possible, and therefore, seeks out education and experiences to remain at the forefront of orthodontic treatments to best serve her patients.
An Invisalign case treated by Dr. Willett was selected as a finalist at the Resident Case Shootout Competition in Las Vegas in November 2016, and she looks forward to submitting other successful cases.

Dr. Emily Willett is an Orthodontist. Orthodontists are dentists first. Out of 100 dental school graduates, on average only six go on to become orthodontists. In order to practice Orthodontics, Dr. Emily Willett spent 11 years in training (four years of college, four years of dental school, and three years of orthodontics residency).
This means that after we've determined your insurance coverage and filed it for you, we'll sit down with you and come up with a monthly payment plan that fits your family's budget. You can also get a discount by paying in full on the front end.
Lincoln Orthodontics is the location for modern orthodontic treatment. We offer aesthetic options like ceramic braces, Invisalign, and incognito braces (these a practically invisible and fit on the inside of your teeth). We also use mini implants and diode laser for faster and more efficient tooth movement and treatment times.

I LOVE the amazing team at Lincoln Orthodontics! I'm in my early 40's and had braces for 3 years when I was in elementary/middle school. Unfortunately no permanent retainers meant my teeth shifted. I met with Dr. Willett and was excited to hear she could make them straight again in about 12-15 months with Invisalign. The front desk employees always greeted me by my name as soon as I walked in (I have no idea how they remember but they do), pricing and financing options were very straight forward and easy to set-up, the assistants are all so patient, kind and fun. You can tell they enjoy each other, what they do and their patients. Dr. Willett and her team exceeded my expectations- my teeth were beautiful in LESS than 12 months. I'm happy with my own results that I will be driving my kids 30 minutes each way for their braces.

I've been going to this practice since I was in elementary school and always had wonderful experiences and results with Dr. Harre and her team and now with Dr. Willett and her team. Dr. Willett and her team do a tremendous job of creating a comfortable, positive, and friendly atmosphere. They work very hard to help ensure patient goals and expectations are met. Lincoln Orthodontics is the main reason why I am very proud of my smile.

Staff is wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. Never had a problem with appointments whether it be scheduling or having to wait during an appointment time. Oldest daughter was projected to have braces for 12-18 months and they are coming off at 12 months.

I have been so pleased with Dr. Berg's referral to make a visit to see Dr. Willett. I was apprehensive to see an orthodontist about my wear problem because of my age. Moved from out of state and shortly after my permanent retainer broke. They got me in quickly and installed a great permanent retainer. Almost a year later and my other retainer broke (they didn't install this one) right before I was flying out for a major trip. They got me in and were so speedy Both retainers have now been replaced by them. I've had a permanent retainer since middle school and I'm let's just say I'm old. I've had my retainers replaced almost 5 times. Both of these retainers are installed well with just enough cement to ensure a good adhesion but not too much that it would be hard to floss. Their operation runs so smoothly and everyone is kind and friendly. You can also tell the employees enjoy working there. I have sensitive teeth and can't stand the sound of the drill. They were so patient with me and gave me lots of breaks. They also were very clear about the steps of their procedure and costs.

**Update! Kid number two has just completed his time with braces. Again, we are very happy with Dr. Willett and the entire staff. Such wonderful people! My highest recommendation stands! We had the best experience! Caring, professional, and efficient. We couldn't be happier with our son's outcome. I highly recommend Lincoln Orthodontics!

Dr Willet along with all the staff are always amazing and kind every time we come in for visits. My daughter loves to chat and they're always so patient with her. I'm happy she likes going and they have a neat rewards program she's been saving for. More incentive for her to be more responsible of her oral hygiene.

The staff at Lincoln Orthodontics is so friendly! Loved Emily as my orthodontist, she always explained everything very well and so friendly as well. The always stay on top of their appointment times, which was nice to be able to rely on with making appointments around my work schedule/lunch breaks.

Dr. Willett did a fantastic job and was great to work with. She was very forthcoming about time-line and expectations and fully informed me of any and all outcomes. It was an excellent experience, and my braces came off a month earlier than she had originally predicted. I'm 33 years old, and was very apprehensive, but Dr. Willett and the rest of the team made the experience as smooth as possible.

I don't live near my original orthodontist that did my braces years ago, so when part of my retaining wire popped off I needed someone to assess if it needed to be replaced and clean off the bothersome extra glue. Lincoln orthodontics scheduled me promptly, were extremely helpful and efficient! Dr. Willett was kind, helpful and assessed/resolved the issue quickly. I'll be back if I have a future need! Both my daughter and I had braces with Dr. Willett at the same time - I had Invisalign and dtr had regular metal braces (her choice, not bc were cheaper). The staff from office to doctor are easy to work with, take time to explain anything and everything, and were just generally great! Very efficient. It's a hopping place but we never felt like a number.
