People feel different the way they are treated, but I don't have issues with them. I am satisfied on their service and they attend to all my concern and happy with it.

Horrible dentist , the dentist put my crown on wrong and had all this pain and the dentist and staff just brushed it off and ignored the problem had to go to another dentist for them to state it was put on wrong and Now have to pay more mkney to get it fixed by another dentist because this dentist doesn't care about the patients just the money so please avoid this dentist ...

I went in for a cleaning...my 2nd time there. I was there an hour and a half and didn't even get to my cleaning.. they xrayed and worked on 3 other patients in between me and advice me of future work I might want but couldn't guarantee I would get out of the office within the hour. They told me I could reschedule. They could have advised when I came in they were behind and I would have rescheduled at that point. Last visit it took an hour and a half but at least I got a cleaning. So I think this is the norm for this office.

My daughter, 12 years old, had a cavity, who just came back from her first visiting from the dentist office with 100% satisfaction. We were a little bit nervous because of the negative reviews. But the staffs there removed all our worries. The doctor, hygienist, and the assistants are all very professional, patient, and friendly. Petra, the hygienist, who has the most passion on her job and fantastically make it perfect. The doctor gave my daughter the best treatment fast and without any pain. The final bill is reasonable. Therefore, I transferred my other two kids to this office right after personally seeing how they try their best for the patients.

After 2 years I receive a collection bill for services I did not pay for. I called my insurance and they submitted bill incorrectly and now they are trying to collect from me.

First time and I can't believe I can't wait to go back...to the dentist! The staff is absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend enough.

I called for an appointment. I didn't have my Delta PPO medical number and didn't feel comfortable providing my SS# over the phone. I was told by Cheri, if I didn't contact them with the insurance ID# two days prior She would cancel my appointment. I've had this insurance for 22 years. I've never had a card and if I did it's misplaced but it never mattered. Once you go to your appointment, you fill out the paper work and your Dental Insurance information is immediately obtained. I call Delta, received the information in less than 5 minutes. I called to cancel. I will go else where. Very rude and discourteous.
