Dr Klein's team is exceptional. From the first call to the check out everyone treated me as if i was a good friend of the office. That is special but the professional care is what really is important. I can already tell this is a first class operation. The patient is the only person that matters. The team works as a cohesive unit. Cost and approach clearly reviewed before work started. Once the work started I could tell I would select Dr Klein over any one else. Hope you do not need to have a root canel but if you do this is the practice to use.

I had perfectly experience the Lexington location, but the doctor at the Medford location was very dismissive of my concerns about pain management as I have a chronic illness, she also interrupted me to accuse me of seeking narcotics before I could explain my specific and very legitimate concerns.

I told my Dr about my anxiety and she promised a no-pain procedure. She delivered!! She explained all her actions in advance and that helped a lot. No wait at arrival and very quick procedure. I now realize that my fears were unfounded.

The office was very professional and respectful of my concerns. All the staff showed incredible patience and described the procedure and process clearly. I would absolutely recommend this office, especially those like me who are very hesitant to have any dental work performed.

Clean, friendly, skilled and efficient. All procedures were fully explained and executed. Dr. Langella and staff were great from the welcome at the front desk all the way through checkout, everyone was friendly and very professional. They made a difficult experience a breeze!

Very friendly, courteous and professional...and a pain-free root canal procedure. I had initially scheduled an appointment for a Friday (initially called on a Tuesday afternoon), but after a night of extreme pain I called the next morning at 9am and they found an opening at another one of their locations for 10:30am. It is now 2:15pm and I am pain free, other than some expected (very slight) soreness from the procedure itself. Would definately reccomend, especially for those who have never had a root canal before.

LTE was a stellar experience; very professional setup and Dr Klein was awesome; I have had several root canals and this was my best experience so far; mostly due to the expertise and nature of Dr Klein. No pain, very comforting and a smoothly run procedure. Very thankful for Dr Klein. I would highly recommend her.
