All the staff I was in contact with were friendly, helpful & polite. In the last year Tracy noticed a problem with 2 teeth that was addressed at another follow up appointment. That is why I have been a patient there for many years.

Poor trained & rude staff. Didn't even spend 5 minutes on my cleaning & had to fight with them on over billing issues. I wouldn't recommend and I won't be back.

Dr Blanford is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Everyone in his office from the front desk to his dental assistants go above and beyond whenever I am there. Thank you for making this "scared of the dentist" lady not be afraid!!!!

Never have to worry about feeling any pain. They are very caring. No waiting weeks or coming back later to get a crown put on. They do it right in office, making the crown (perfect) in one visit and you are fixed ...all good to go. So nice ...so amazing!!!

The office staff is very nice and welcoming! I needed to be seen urgently one time and I was able to get an appt same day. Dr. Blanford fixed the issue. He is very knowledgeable and a fun person! Always able to answer my questions! Definitely recommend him in town!

The staff was so professional and friendly. Desiree took her time cleaning my teeth and answered all my questions. Tracy went the extra mile to find out information from my insurance as well to give me an estimate. Highly recommend!

Blanford is my third dentist since I have been in Lima, by far he has the most modern dental equipment , what used to take multiple visits, they can do it in one session. My teeth are important part of my body and I trust the services to get me the best care for my dental care. Yes I recommend the Jeffery Blanfold for dental work and services. Also to mention he has an excellent staff of assistants . As for appointment, his schedule is the best walk in for your appointment and in less than a few minutes you are in the chair.

I had an appointment this morning at 10:00 for a simple crown. My visit took 4 hours long! There was zero communication given to me while I waited and had no idea what happened. I walked to the front receptionist and asked if they were almost done with my crown. One of the dental assistants came back and said the first crown they attempted to put on fractured. They them made a second crown and it didn't fit. The third one finally fit. The first dental assistant that did both crowns failed to tell me she messed up and never apologized for my 4 hour wait. I've been a long time patient for years, but unfortunately won't be returning. Poor communication and they never offered me a discount for messing up a simple crown placement.

Had a bad tooth ache and they worked me and took care of the problem, was great service. Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff
