Growing up in Columbus, Dr. Fleming attended Bishop Hartley High School and was a member of the football team that won the high schools first state championship. He is a huge football fan at every level. Dr. Fleming later attended Capital University in Bexley, Ohio, where he received his bachelors degree in Biology/Pre-Dental. He was also a teaching adjunct in the area of Microbiology and Anatomy within the Biology Department. He attended The Ohio State College of Dentistry and received his Doctoral Degree in Dental Surgery in 2003.

Dr. Fleming originally joined the practice in April of 2012, where he headed our community-based practice for seven years. In 2018, he spent a year practicing in Columbus to spend more time with family. Dr. Fleming returned to Lima after the reopening of the office due to the 2020 pandemic because he is committed to providing Lima and the surrounding area with a solid standard of dental care. He has enjoyed making a difference, treating families and watching them grow through the years.

Services provided at our clinic range from simple fillings, root canals and simple/complexes dental extractions and surgical procedures. Dr. Fleming really enjoys his work at Lima Community Dental and provides a professional yet comfortable environment for his patients. Entering his 18th year in the dental profession, he would love to be known as the dentist who cares because he educates and listens to his patients. His motto in life is not to just exist but to actively live life, be involved, and act with care!

Outside of Dentistry, Dr. Fleming enjoys hanging around his home, working on small projects and detailing his cars. Typically, you can find him at sport training facilities training his son in the sport he loves, football.

Dr. Chad Ollom grew up in Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where he earned his undergraduate as well as his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, Dr. Chad gained interest in surgical procedures and implants, leading him to attend the Midwest Implant Institute during his final year. He continued his development in this area, eventually going on to complete their fellowship program.

Dr. Chad constantly strives to bring more value to his patients by seeking out and studying with numerous world-renowned mentors. He dedicates much of his focus toward dental surgery and comprehensive care, including specific procedures such as: extractions, implants, bone grafting, tissue grafting, sinus augmentation and advanced comprehensive restorative dentistry.

He is also skilled at the placement and restoration of implant dentures, as well as full arch implant supported bridges. Dr. Chad is a certified IV conscious sedation provider and prides himself in staying up to date by regular attendance at continuing education courses.

Dr. Chad and his wife, Dr. Stephanie Ollom, are excited to serve the central Ohio community through Lima Community Dental. When hes not in the office, Dr. Chad loves spending time with his wife and family, especially his three little girls, Sloane, Sage and Sofie.

Dr. Rebecca Bartlett grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, and graduated valedictorian from Boardman High School. Following high school, Dr. Bartlett continued her education at John Carroll University and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Additionally, Dr. Bartlett has completed advanced training in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery and IV sedation from the University of Kentucky.

In her free time, Dr. Bartlett enjoys outdoor adventures such as hiking, biking and exercising. She is a foodie and movie fanatic and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and Bernedoodle puppy, Bodhi.

Dr. Michael Campbell grew up in Wapakoneta, Ohio. Following high school, Dr. Campbell began his journey at Adrian College, where he achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He continued his education at the University of Toledo and the University of Michigan, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Additionally, Dr. Campbell has researched mandibular and maxillary facial fractures with fixation techniques.

Dr. Campbell enjoys working with patients to reverse the negative stigma about dentistry. He strives to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere and is well-accomplished at restorative needs, crown preparations, stainless steel crowns and endodontics. Dr. Campbell is patient-focused and caring when encouraging the rehabilitation and increased longevity of teeth. He is also well-recognized for creating awareness and providing dental education to his patients.

Dr. Jessica Lindamood was born in Frederick, Maryland and raised in Marietta, Ohio. Following high school, Dr. Lindamood went on to study Neuroscience at Ohio State University. She also completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Ohio State University.

Dr. Lindamood joined Lima Community Dental in August of 2019. One of her favorite things about working in the dental industry is helping her patients take pride in their oral health no matter where along their journey she meets them. In her free time, Dr. Lindamood loves to read, spend time with her husband, hang out with her Great Dane, Ted, and cheer on The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Dr. Stephanie Ollom grew up in Wauseon, Ohio and became interested in dentistry at a young age. This led her to attend the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, followed by The Ohio State University where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Prior to opening Lima Community Dental, Dr. Stephanie wanted to serve her country. In 2012, she was commissioned as a lieutenant in the United States Navy. While in the Navy, Dr. Stephanie completed the Great Lakes Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency, served overseas operating a remote dental clinic, and had the distinct honor of providing dental services to fellow service members and their families.

After completion of her service, Dr. Stephanie Ollom moved back to Ohio to join her husband, Dr. Chad Ollom. Together they have three sweet girls, Sloane, Sage, and Sofie. They love getting to spend time together as a family biking, running, and swimming.

Dr. Stephanie is committed to lifelong learning and the practice of dentistry. Over the years, she has obtained extensive training in CAD/CAM dentistry. Additionally, she recently completed a series on the study of Comprehensive Orthodontics and several courses at the world-renowned Kois Center.

Carmel was born and raised in Ohio. Following high school, Carmel continued her education at The Ohio State University. She joined the Lima Community Dental team in February 2022. With a vast knowledge of the dental industry, Carmel works with her dental team and guides patients towards building and maintaining beautiful smiles.

Janelle was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. She graduated from Lima Senior High School and attended Wright State University. Janelle joined the Lima Community Dental team in July 2019. She enjoys the tight-knit family atmosphere at work and how the team works to better the patients smiles.

Jess was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. Following graduation from Lima Central Catholic High School, Jess attended classes at Rhodes State College to achieve her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She joined the Lima Community Dental team in June 2015. Jess enjoys helping patients understand the oral health and general health relationship and appreciates her coworkers.

Caitlin was born in Lima, Ohio, and raised in Wapakoneta. Following graduation from Wapakoneta High School, Caitlin received her Associate Degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2021. She joined the Pure Smiles team in June of 2020 and has learned a lot from her talented coworkers. Caitlin is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association, NorthWest Ohio Dental Hygienists Association, Ohio Dental Hygienists Association, and Student Member of the American Dental Hygienists Association. Caitlin keeps busy helping her family on their farm when she isnt working.

Karen was born in Greenville, Ohio, and raised in Wapakoneta. Following graduation from Wapakoneta High School in 1982, Karen continued her education at Rhodes State College achieving her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 1994. She has since completed certifications in Nitrous Oxide Administration, Local Anesthetics and Medical Emergencies. Karen joined the Lima Community Dental team in 2010.

Karen enjoys working with a great team and helping people. She also enjoys spending time with family, relaxing and golfing. She is a member of several golf leagues. Karen also loves yard work, especially flowers.

Stacey was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. Stacey graduated from Perry High School. Stacey also furthered her education and holds certification in Dental Assisting and Orthodontic Assisting. She also maintains her Radiographers certification. Stacey is currently completing a Phlebotomy certification. She joined the Lima Community Dental team in March 2021 and loves to provide education and care to the patients.

Kacey was born and raised in Wapakoneta, Ohio. She achieved her Dental Assistant Certification at First Impressions Dental Assisting in Powell, Ohio. Kacey joined the Lima Community Dental team in March 2021 and loves helping patients and giving them confidence.

Amy was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. She is a graduate of Elida High School and Lima Technical College. Amy maintains certifications in CPR, ACLS, Radiography, Dental Assisting, and LPN. She joined the Lima Community Dental team in March 2021.

Michelle was raised in Delphos, Ohio. She is a graduate of Delphos St. Johns High School. Following high school, Michelle continued her education at Rhodes State College. Michelle joined the Lima Community Dental team in November 2021. She enjoys working hands-on with patients.
