The one star is for the dentist because he is very nice, but the admin is terrible. The first visit they told us insurance covered all but a copay and then on the second visit we were charged hundreds of dollars for the visits because the insurance hadn't paid out. I contacted my insurance and it turned out they hadn't even filed! Then Lily Smile tried to get me to file for them, which didn't work because again they are in network and need to file themselves. Then I broke a tooth and went in for an emergency cap. They brought me in and examined me then while I was in the chair with my mouth in pain they said they wouldn't treat me unless I paid for the cap that second. I did because I didn't really have a choice, and I contacted my insurance to see if they could reimburse me and they were horrified. Still trying to get Lily Smile to properly file with my insurance, it's a nightmare. Please don't be like me and take your business somewhere else, I don't want anyone else to have to go through this.

I was in dire need to get in yesterday but had not made an appointment. The front desk saw I was in pain and squeezed me in. The whole staff is incredible and truly cares about you. I highly recommend this dentistry!

I had the same dentist for almost 30 years before moving to Georgia, so I was very nervous about finding a new one. This will be the second time I have visited Lily Smile, and the entire staff at this office should be given medals, from front desk to the doc himself. They are so helpful and kind, got my tooth extracted so fast and no pain at all. I am so grateful to have found this dentist office in my neighborhood!

This place has become my official dentist of choice. LOVE the experience every time. The staff is so nice and they make sure you feel comfortable. Dr.A is very professional and informative, he took care of 4 teeth extractions once in less than 30 minutes and I felt no pain! Every cleaning I get is always worth it, and the whole works together to help create a calming atmosphere. Thank you all! DEF recommend

Front desk lady was very helpful and got me appointment during their busy schedule. The nurse and the doctor were very friendly, professional, informative and patient. They worked with me and explained everything about my issue and suggested solutions. I would recommend this doctor to anyone with dental issues because they will work with you and give you the best advice in regard to your dental care.

The front desk staff was very friendly and went out of their was to take care of me. The doctor was very to the point and very friendly which I like The hygienist step was wonderful and very very gentle I do not feel like they took advantage of me price wise and I am returning Thank you everyone for taking care of me

Canceled our appointments because they overbooked. They admitted this at first, then came up with a lie and blamed us for *their* mistake as a pretext to cancel. We will NOT be back. Scroll through the reviews here and you'll see this isn't the first they've done this kind of stuff. So it won't be the last time, either. Here's what they tried to pull with us. My wife and I made appointments at Lily Smile Center about 4-6 weeks in advance, just for basic checkups. Then the *day* before our appointment -- on a holiday weekend! -- they start blowing up my phone, 6 times, with calls, texts, and voicemails, asking whether "we'd be willing to move our appointments." We'd specifically picked early times that wouldn't conflict with work as much, and then arranged to come in to work a little late, after these morning appointments. The new times they wanted were right in the middle of the day, on the wrong side of town from our jobs. We'd end up missing a third of our shifts at the least; not even an option. They posed this rescheduling as a question, and for me the answer was "No." We'd already had to plan our work schedule around the times we had. And since we had plans for the holiday, and I didn't appreciate the barrage of messages, I didn't reply. Since they're saying it's up to us, we want the appointments we'd scheduled weeks ago. Then the morning of our appointments at about 7am, I get another call+voicemail that they've now *canceled* our appointments -- except NOW they claim it's because we didn't "fill out some paperwork." They just leave that on a voicemail, the day-of: "We have had to cancel your appointment; please call us back at your convenience to schedule a new day and time." (I have saved all 7 of their messages for reference and proof.) It was very blatantly a pretext to not admit that they had overbooked themselves, and had already decided that *we* were the patients who would get bumped, no matter what. So asking whether "we'd be ok with rescheduling" was bogus; they never intended to give us a choice. And the abrupt news the day-of about "paperwork" was just a pathetically obvious lie. They'd had more than a month in advance to coordinate paperwork with us if it was critical beforehand. Most likely, it was something that could be handled that day at the office -- IF this supposed "paperwork" even existed. I doubt it did. So this clinic is clearly sloppy and disorganized, blatantly dishonest, and they're not above harassing you over a holiday weekend to fix their own screwup, and then just canceling on you outright to spare themselves the embarrassment of admitting to their own mistakes. Pathetic. This is all utterly outrageous and unprofessional. We will never do business with this clinic again, and I caution you to be aware of their capacity for dishonesty. What else will they screw up and/or lie about?

They created a flexible treatment plan for me, worked with me to prioritize steps, and took care of all of them within a short time period. I've never have had to wait (great scheduling staff), always have a clear explanation to any questions/concerns and my crowns and fillings are pristine. I've gone through three other dentists trying to find a local option in ATL since 2014... After over 10 visits and numerous procedures at Lily, I can say without hesitation that Dr. A and his staff are the best that I've had the pleasure of visiting.

I had a tooth extraction and cleaning at this dental office. I would have given a total of 5 stars but i deducted 1 star for inconsistent customer service and professionalism of the dental assistant. But in regards to the actual procedure done and head dentist i would definitely return and reccomend this place because the actual dentist does a good job and is professional.

When you walk into the doors at "Lily Smile Center", you are greeted with the most pleasant staff there is. My experience with them was the best ever. The place is so clean which you would expect from most, but it was very clean. I wouldn't have it ant other way. Doctor "A" and his staff are really nice and very professional and very helpful. Don't worry about being nervous, cause by the time you leave there you are smiling. So with that being said, if you're looking for a great dentist, this is the place.
