Dr. Marsha Taylor-Andemichael has been practicing dentistry over 17 years. She attended Binghamton University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and received her dental degree from University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
She and her husband Meron, a general dentist, devoted 17 years to restructuring and leading several community dental centers serving the Navajo Nation in Arizona. Throughout Dr. Taylor-Andemichael's career, she has placed a strong emphasis on education where patients are educated about procedures to help them make informed decisions about their care.
She has also been instrumental in teaching the next generation of dentists as a clinical faculty member of Lutheran Medical Center's Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program and adjunct faculty at Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health.
Dr. Taylor-Andemichael began practicing dentistry in the Fayetteville area in 2013. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and North Carolina Dental Society.
Dr. Taylor-Andemichael believes everyone deserves access to quality dental care and volunteers her skills on dental mission trips to El Salvador, dental screening for the Special Olympic, Give kids a Smile, and Missions of Mercy in NC.
She travels the country attending continuing education courses to ever improve her understanding in the field of dentistry. She is committed to her patients and strives to help them feel and look their best through comfort, compassion and clinical excellence.
Dr. Taylor-Andemichael lives in Lillington with her husband and three children. She volunteers as a teaching assistant at her local elementary school and as a Sunday school teacher at her local church.
Carol Anne has worked in general dentistry for over 12 years. She enjoys making dentistry a pleasurable experience for all. She values the relationships that build from trust and a positive atmosphere for her patients and staff. She lives in Lillington with her husband and two sons, Jackson and Blake. Her family means the world to her and she loves spending time with them most of all. Her hobbies include wreath making, refinishing old furniture, fishing, riding ATVs with friends and going to the beach or lake.
Lisa is our lead assistant and has been in the dental field for 15+ years. Her passion with oral health started at a young age due to limited resources as an adolescent. She commutes from her hometown of Clinton, NC. Lisa loves spending time with her large but close-knit family, which includes 5 children and 10 grandchildren. She enjoys paling around with her Mother, solving puzzles and drinking coffee.

Today was for cleaning and scaling. It was a great experience. I was put at ease and chatted with the technician throughout the process, when possible. Can you believe we both attended Carolina, after that was established, it was smooth sailing. Next thing i knew she was done and I was ready to show off my pearly whites.

A little nervous about the dentist as always. However, Dr. Taylor and her staff treated me with such loving care that I became relaxed and the percedure was not so overwhelming like it could have been.
