Dr. Butler is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry. Born and raised in Michigan, in 2007, he moved to Raleigh to work and attend NC State University, obtaining a BS degree in biological sciences. While at NC State, he worked on genetics research and his efforts were rewarded by his work being published in a reputable professional journal. He also assisted with the efforts of the Missions of Mercy dental clinics volunteering in communities throughout North Carolina.
During his time at NYU, he continued volunteering by participating in many local underserved patient outreach events. He was chosen by faculty to practice in an honors clinic providing comprehensive dental care for patients while working alongside his esteemed faculty. Dr. Butler is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the North Carolina Dental Society.
His wife, Samantha, has direct ties to the area, having been born and raised right down the road in Raleigh. They are both Wolfpack fans who greatly enjoy pulling for their team in both basketball and football. For fun, they enjoy going to the beach and lake, comedy movies, hanging out with family and friends, and traveling. They have three children; a son, William and daughters, Caroline & Scarlett.
Kristie was born and raised in Lillington, NC and is a graduate of Harnett Central High School. She obtained an AA degree in Human Services from Central Carolina Community College in 1998. Kristie decided to advance her dental training and obtained an associate degree in the Applied Science of Dental Hygiene in 2003 from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
A native of Lillington, Casi joined our dental family in 2020 after completing her DAII degree with CCCC. She is a 2017 graduate of Harnett Central High School. She enjoys traveling, gardening and time with family. She is recently engaged and excited to begin preparations for her wedding!
Amy was born and raised in Dunn, North Carolina. She is a 1990 graduate of Triton High School. Amy studied dental assisting at a private school and has been working in dentistry since 2000. She has been with the practice since 2013.
Kim is a native of Selma, NC, a 1990 Graduate of SSS and a 1992 graduate of Johnston Community College with an AA in Paralegal Technology. She has worked in dental administration for more than 20 years.

The whole staff were very friendly and kind. Dr Butler is the best dentist I've ever seen! I didn't feel any pain whatsoever at my appointment.

I called to inquire if this office was taking new patients and if they accepted children. The receptionist said "it depends" and I asked "on what? Age?" She said" we don't like to see them before 4 or 5 and if they don't sit still and behave for the hygienist"....I have not met a child that actually likes the dentist let alone sit still for one. The whole conversation was off putting. I'll be taking the whole family elsewhere.

Brooks did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and taking X-Rays. She is always very pleasant and make you relaxed. Dr. Butler gave me a thorough review with no pressing issues discovered. You got to feel good about that.

I have been a patient since Dr. Price and it was a great, inviting experience. Nothing has changed with Dr. Butler; same great people, hospitable, inviting, and great atmosphere. They always give advice to help in regards to my toddler eventhough he is not a patient and gives him a toothbrush. They're awesome!
