I went to Dr Vidal because I wanted another opinion on my dental issues. My last dentist gave me one option that I wasn't impressed with. Dr Vidal did a very thorough exam and came up with options that fit the condition of my teeth and jaw. Options that made sense and were not a cookie cutter solution. First time a dentist told me what they were thinking and why.

I was truly blessed to find Lilian Vidal DDS. Upon entering the office, I was greeted pleasantly and with compassion. After explaining to Dr Stephanie Alvarez the fear and paranoia that I have when ever I have to see the dentist, she and the assisting staff where very supportive, patient, caring, understanding, and most of all non judgemental. I'd definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking to be taken care of with compassion as well as professionalism

I look forward to my visits!! The staff is friendly, kind, gentle and concerned. The office is clean and fresh, with immaculate attention to providing a sanitary and safe environment, with state of the art equipment. The dental care is professional and they are on top of their game in technique, knowledge and treatment.

I Chipped my tooth eating some chicken wings and started freaking out ... found this dentist office via Google with great reviews. They got me an appointment the next day. I was super nervous as with most people we don't love the dentist... but I tell you this was the most pleasant dental experience you can possibly have! I had Dr Alvarez and she was amazing .. gentle on the teeth and pleasant to speak to! Over all A+++ experience!

Lovely and friendly dentist and staff, made my first visit comfortable ,this is good because as old as i am am not too found of the dentist, its still a bit scary for me. Lillian Vidal DDS LLC is a keeper.

Dr. Vidal is great! Awesome staff and providers throughout the entire practice. My wife and I would go nowhere else (we live on the other side of the county and make the trip for the best). Friendly and comforting setting and demeanor whether its for a cleaning, bonding, or filling. Dr. Vidal is extremely knowledgable and light handed when working. Highly recommend for any and all dental needs.

If I could give 5 million stars, I would! All of my life I have been absolutely terrified of going to the dentist due to PTSD from a childhood dentist. I had a dental emergency and called around to all dentist in the area. When I called this office, Dr. Vidal personally got on the phone with me and although their schedules for both dentists were solidly booked, she told me to come in as soon as I could and they would take care of me. Which is exactly what they did! They took the time to understand my anxiety of even being in a dentist office and calmly answered all my questions and concerns. For the first time in my life, I didn't feel judged or nervous about being there. After everything was taken care of I received a phone call from Dr. Alvarez following up to see with how I was post visit. I will definitely be coming back because you can genuinely feel how much they truly care about helping people! Such phenomenal practice and I cannot stop raving about them to absolutely everyone I speak to!

Everyone in the office, is very friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Vidal is the best!! I was extremely apprehensive, having had terrible experiences as a child, going to the neighborhood dentist and from day one, Dr. Vidal has been kind and caring. I have been a patient of hers for many years and have always been comfortable and pain free, in her care. If there was a rating of more than 5 stars...she would certainly have earned it, as far as I'm concerned!!

Competent, compassionate and extremely state of the art clean. Dr .Vidal is very professional and it is reflected in all of her staff from reception to, assistants and a new Dentist on staff(sorry ,I don't recall her name at this time). As a long time pt. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Vidal.
