They won't take most insurance, including those provided by a union. The woman at the front desk didn't even bother to take any information, or investigate further. Provided by a union? Oh no, we can't do that. This feels like a weird discrimination thing with them, and probably is. Update: The admin, who is awful, claims that Delta Dental through a union provided plan doesn't pay (apparently anything) which is EXTREMELY suspect. It doesn't pay, or it doesn't pay the crazy amount little pearls chooses to charge? Screw these guys and their political axe to grind.

Dr. Fong and the staff are amazing. Everyone was so nice and made the little one so comfortable and welcoming. Fabiola explained every steps to my daughter which made her interested.Very happy to find this place. Overall very pleasant experience.

Why boast "We believe all children deserve to receive quality dentistry" on your website, meanwhile not accepting all insurances (i.e Medicaid, DHMO's, etc). Why practice in a diverse community like Queens but not expand services to those who are underserved and underrepresented. I would say this is almost discriminating but I don't want to go there. Front desk is always rude and condescending, learn some patient etiquette. No matter how good this practice may be, I'd rather go to a humbling Dentist to get work done.

Dr. Fong is absolutely the best! He always takes his time to explain everything and he's super entertaining making kids giggle during exam/ procedure. They accommodated us in our emergency last year and Dr Fong saved two of my son's teeth which other dentists wanted to extract. We had some kind of misunderstanding/ confusion with the office over charges which cost us $300 but how many parents can say their kids are happy to go to the dentist? Highly recommending!

All staff love working with children. The space is beautiful, clean and child friendly. Every child gets their own TV screen to watch and relax. Staff gently explain what they are doing as they were working. Dr Fong is fun and professional with the children! Best part for the children is the fun goodie bag! Always some fun different toys inside!

The dentist and his assistants are professionals, friendly and do exceptional work. All rooms have overhead TV screens for kids to enjoy while dental works is being done.

The dentist is ok, had a bad experience a couple of years when he didn't know how to handle my then 4 year old and had me hold the kid down against his will during a procedure, but I brushed it off. This past month I took both my children for regular cleaning, this office billed my insurance for $800+, got paid close to $500 for each child. I called the office to make sure the charges were legit as I feel their purpose is to deplete the annual dental benefits. The receptionist was rude and told me they don't do procedures without asking the parents first, and I understand that, she just doesn't need to be nasty about it. This was the last straw, I'm taking my kids somewhere else, and I still feel that their priority is to deplete the benefits as early as possible during the year.

Dr. Fong very nice and professional My son Jacob was this morning in the clinic and you talked to my son in a way he was calm and made him feel relax you offer him 3 surprises but he just want one. Thank you

We had a very pleasant experience at Little Pearls Pediatric Dentistry. The office is nice and clean. Dr. Fong and his staff are all very professional, kind and efficient. He takes time to explain what needs to be done before and after the procedure. My son is always anxious when it comes to doctor/dental appointments but Dr. Fong does his best to calm him down and makes sure that he is comfortable. It is not easy to find a good dentist especially for children, but I highly recommend Dr. Fong.

We had a good experience. I love the doctor assistant, she was very nice to my little daughter. Dr. Fong is very kind.

i don't typically write review but Dr. Fong seems like superman! He is always so responsive with my kids dental issues and he is patient and calm under pressure with screaming/crying kids! i have major mom guilt for not having taken better care of my kids teeth but lucky to have found dr. fong so they are in good hands. Dr Fong was kind enough to see my child during this pandemic and in the past has squeezed him into his busy schedule for emergency procedures.

Doctor is excellent-5 stars, however, front desk staff is very unprofessional and rude. We've been to the office many times, but today was the last straw. My 3 year old was scheduled for 2:40 PM. We are very punctual and always arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to appointment. Today, however, the parking was a nightmare. 2:45 I received a call from the office, I apologized and explained I am looking for parking. 2:50 I found parking and called the office (due to COVID, we must call to make sure we can go in). I was rudely told " Well, NOW you have to wait" Often, it is not WHAT you say, but HOW you say it. I said I understood, and I will wait until they are done with a patient they took in front of us. They called me about 15 minutes later, that we may now go in. I walked to the front door, just to be told you are half hour late, so we cannot see you today. I was not half hour late. So the lady gets into a heated argument with me telling me that the appointment was scheduled at 2:40 and it is now 3:05. You got to be kidding me! You told me to wait in the car, until you call me. The lady kept interrupting me, and would not listen. I don't think my three kids will be returning to the office. But, hey, if you have a thick skin, as I said before, Doctor is great, and has excellent bedside manners.
