Dr. Andre Anderson is very excited to be in La Vergne and enjoys taking care of patients from this wonderful town and surrounding areas. Dr. Anderson is originally from Portland, Jamaica. He moved with his family to New York City at a young age and spent four years in the United States Army, reaching the rank of Sergeant. He later received his Bachelors Degree from The University of Texas at Austin and Dental Degree from Meharry Medical College.Dr. Anderson is now considered a Super General Dentist, with advanced knowledge in specialty procedures.
Dr. Anderson spends a considerable amount of time each year, learning the latest dental techniques in order to provide the highest quality of care. He is an avid learner and sincerely enjoys the relationships he builds with patients.

Dr. Anderson was absolutely amazing,he was very clear going over all of the insurance info and details UPFRONT, he went above and beyond my expectations on the very first appointment ! BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!! Very helpful, patient staff! Great dental work, I have a low pain tolerance and they worked with me so well on everything. I couldn't say thank you enough for the work they did! Instant pain relief from my root canal and they did a beautiful job! Will be doing all of my reg dental necessities here! 5 star plus!!

Dr. Lignum is so gentle in hos dental care. The office staff is very friendly, and I booked my appointment and checked insurance acceptance online. I was in amd out in about half an hour for my routine cleaning. This was my second appointment there, and I will be back!

2 rootcanals & 2 implant posts later & I am totally happy with Dr.Anderson & the staff at Lignum Dental they were gentle, professional EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE in their field! I was in the chair for a while because my teeth were in bad shape but i was never in pain or even uncomfortable considering;););) I lOVE LIGNUM DENTAL! Dr.Anderson has the greatest laugh & personality! I highly recommend!

Absolutely the best dentist around. Not only was scheduling the appointment super easy, but I got a treatment plan for the work I need done that is affordable and explained to me very well. Dr. Anderson and his staff are absolutely amazing, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Also, try the raspberry tooth polish - it's awesome. :)
