Dr. Lisa is a transplant to Southwest Michigan after growing up in the Detroit area. Dr. Lisa took over ownership of Red Arrow Dentistry in 2009. Married with three children, and one grandchild, Dr. Lisa loves spending time with family. Her fourth child is Copper, her Golden Retriever, who is also the in-office support dog. In her spare time Dr. Lisa enjoys boating, golf, hunting, reading, and needlepoint. She is very active with the Dental Societies at the State and Local level. Additionally, with a love of learning she is always on the leading edge of the latest technology to best help and treat our patients. Creating a comfortable, caring environment that listens to our patients are her top priorities. Helping patients achieve their best oral health and whole-body health is her career goal and practice philosophy. Working with the Southwest Michigan Dental patients for the last 19 years has been an honor and privilege.

Chad has been a lifelong area resident of Southwest Michigan. He enjoys traveling, camping and all outdoor and sports related activities. Chad has been in the Dental field for the last 19 years. He joined Lighthouse Dental Group in 2017 to work alongside his brother to help and serve the patients of Southwest Michigan. Committed to helping our patients learn the negative effects of poor oral health, he has helped many patients improve and change the condition of their oral and whole body health.

Jason has been a lifelong area resident of Southwest Michigan. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time hiking, camping, and kayaking in the Upper Peninsula. Additionally, Jason also enjoys studying economics from an Austrian perspective. Complete Health Dentistry has benefited his patients by being educated on the connection of their oral health to their whole body. His care and concern for patients and the longtime relationships he has developed during his 20 years in this practice have been beneficial in creating a family of patients he looks forward to treating daily.

Joy enjoys spending time with her husband of over 20 years, and her two beautiful Daughters. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening, landscaping, and exploring the great outdoors. Other passions and favorites of Joy's include traveling, reading, playing piano and music. She is committed to educating her patients on the importance of good oral health which is the gateway to the overall good health of the whole body.

Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends. Brooke is a dog lover, she and her Fianc Jim have 2 fur babies Ditka and Meeko. Brooke and Jim are avid Cubs fans, you will find them at Wrigley field as often as they can get there! Brooke enjoys educating her patients on the importance of taking care of their oral and whole-body health in order to live a long healthy life. Seeing the patients improve their oral health after treatment and controlling their blood pressure and diabetes as a result has been very rewarding. The kind, compassionate care that she gives our patients allows them to feel at ease and comfortable throughout their procedures.

Britni has been a lifelong resident of Southwest Michigan. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, riding her side by side, camping, swimming, and anything outdoors-related. Britni is a dog lover and has two fur babies, Thor and Coco. Being a Chicago Bears lover, you will often catch her at Soldier Field, supporting her favorite football team.

Britni has thoroughly enjoyed learning about Complete Health Dentistry and how oral hygiene can affect our overall health. Educating our patients and helping them improve their oral health and whole-body health is very rewarding.

Megan enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her crazy puppy Callie. Her hobbies include shopping, crafts, and swimming. Being outside among the sunshine and flowers is her favorite place to be. Complete Health Dentistry has changed her view of oral health. Knowing the effects and connections to our whole body has been eye opening. Being able to educate and share this knowledge with patients has been very helpful in their treatment. Her kindness and ease with patients make them feel comfortable and cared for. The knowledge that she can make a difference in patients whole body health by helping treat their oral health, inspires her to work hard every day!

Debra grew up along the shores of Lake Michigan, boating and traveling with family are her favorite pastimes. Married for over 20 years to her husband Scott, she has three beautiful daughters Alexandra, Megan, Ella and a wonderful Son-in-law Brett. When she is not spending time with family she enjoys gardening, cooking, trying out local cuisine and spending time at the lake. Debra has been working with the Michiana dental community for 27 years. She loves changing lives and making a difference with patients oral health. Helping patients gain back their health, confidence, and smiles has been very rewarding!

Joy loves to spend time with her two amazing boys Andrew and Ayden. Being outdoors camping and enjoying water sports with family and friends is how she spends her free time. She also enjoys reading, painting and taking care of her dog, cat and bird. Joy has enjoyed learning about the connection of oral health to whole body health. Being from a family that is prone to diabetes and heart disease she has learned so much to help prevent these diseases. Joy enjoys educating patients and helping them to achieve their best oral health. Her fine attention to detail helps our patients get the treatment they want and deserve.

Copper is the comfort animal here at Lighthouse Dental Group! He loves rushing to each operatory every morning to say hello to staff and patients, and especially enjoys snuggling up to children to help take their minds off of a scary procedure. In his spare time, Copper enjoys hunting, hiking, swimming, and sleeping. Come and giveCopper a warm hello when you see him, and don't be shy - he sure won't be!
