Hi I waited 2 weeks to be seen in your office When i called I told you I had a tooth that was causing me pain Well I went today I was so happy but then got told today was only x rays unreal and not to be told anything about my tooth just make another appointment Well i thought thats what i did can,t believe i paid 79 bucks really for nothing Wish Smile Faith was still open They would never have let me leave in pain WELL the dentist I.,m going to see Monday does not need the x rays so maybe you should credit my credit card 79 dollars told most dentist will do there own very unhappy with the whole appointment and paying for nothing

I had a wonderful experience at Lighthouse Dental. The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Petrik is a magician! I had to have an extraction and I was in mortal fear of the procedure! Dr. Petrik had the tooth out so fast and effortlessly, I was very pleasantly surprised!

in two years the best dentist in area been to 2 times now awesome my looks so white stains gone& clean great fixed front tooth chip care plusi no extra charge fast and great office gals I am 72 feel young again

I have been coming here for three or four years and every time had that wait more than 30 minutes past my appointment time before being lead out of the waiting room. why does the staff make appointments that are not honored?

I am very pleased with the care and service we received from Dr. Petrik and his staff. My elderly parents were very long overdue for dental care and needed a great deal of work. They are also a bit dental phobic and overwhelmed by clinical appointments in general. The staff at Lighthouse Dental were very patient and compassionate. They were very accommodating, allowing me to sit-in during all procedures. Dr. Petrik was very friendly and attentive and we never felt rushed. My parents and I are quite pleased with the results. As a former clinician and healthcare executive, I am very cognizant of the components of quality care. I was very impressed with Lighthouse Dental and recommend them without reservation.

You flat out lied to me. You and your staff mistakenly got insurance approval to remove the WRONG tooth. Your assistant told me my "Co-Pay" was $90. You then told me since you had approval for wrong tooth that you were going to just remove it and "take care of the root" while you were there. Then you managed to damage the tooth next to the viable tooth you pulled loosening it to the point to where I can't eat. Thank God I got an itemized bill showing how you turned in to insurance an extraction for a viable tooth that didn't need to be pulled "($140). Charged me for the root removal that brought me to you I the first place ($90). And now I suffer with pain in All my front teeth. Why did you lie? Any other dentist would have removed the tooth root and rebilled the insurance. Greed and incompetence got us to this point. And I'm the one suffering. I plan to address this with my insurance, the State board and I will include the x-rays of the wrongly extracted tooth to prove your incompetence. I have to say, that it's not the pain I'm suffering, or the loss of a viable tooth or being charged for a root removal where no monies would have been due that is the worst part of this ordeal. It's the blatent lies that I was told that effects me most. I explained to you that I had a beloved pet dieing at home and you took advantage of my weakness for your own profit. How can anyone trust you once you've lied to their face?
