Our office is committed to showing you how to maximize your insurance benefits. As a service to our patients, we will bill most insurance companies for provided service. Due to the complexities of insurance contracts, please be aware that every insurance group policy varies, and while we try to give the best possible estimate, we cannot guarantee exact coverage.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. We allot your insurance company 45 days to render payment; however, if payment from your insurance company is not received after 60 days of submission, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If a balance remains after insurance pays their portion of your child(ren)s claim, you will receive a statement from our office.
Should you have concerns regarding a received statement, please do not hesitate calling or emailing to ask questions! Insurance co-payments are often very confusing, and we strive to further your insurance knowledge. Our well-trained administration staff are always pleased to answer questions you may have regarding your coverage.
