Jamie has been in the dental field for 4 years. Jamie loves getting to know each patient like they are a close family friend. Working with both the general dentists and orthodontist are one of the many things she loves about this job. Seeing the excitement on patient's faces when they get to remove their braces is just as exciting to her since she has been able to see them grow over the years. Jamie started working with Light Dental Studios in February 2018. In the short time she has been here it has been wonderful. Everyone treats you like your family. If you don't see her here at the office, you can find her with family and friends hiking or anything outdoors.
Lauren was born in Puyallup, WA and recently found herself coming back to her stomping grounds! She became a member of our Light Dental Studios team in April of 2019 working in the front office. She graduated from University of Washington in 2016 with her Bachelors Degree, majoring in healthcare leadership and a minor in business administration. She has a strong passion for helping others and making them smile.
Maddies journey with Light Dental Studios began more than 12 years ago as a patient. Having been born and raised in Puyallup, she finds it extremely fulfilling having the privilege to work and give back to such a wonderful community. One thing she loves about working for Light Dental Studios is the opportunity to build relationships with the patients and help give them a comfortable and exciting experience! She is excited to meet you and welcome you into our amazing offices!
Delaney has worked in the administration side of the dental field for several years now. Working in multiple offices has brought many fulfilling opportunities for new experiences and life lessons in human relations and customer service. Being cross-trained in different areas allows her to lend a helping hand when others are in need and patients require immediate assistance. Delaney loves helping others and making people feel amazing and confident about their smile! You can always count on her to make everybody feel like somebody special.
During her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and fitness. Her dream is to one day move to Hawaii with her little family. Delaney believes life is meant to be enjoyed and she will always make the most of it.
Karla was born in Yakima but grew up in the beautiful state of California. She moved back to her home state of Washington in 2008. Her passion for helping others started in the dental field several years ago working in the front desk. It has been such a great experience getting to see patients feel confident in their smile.
Meet Kerrie! She is an orthodontic assistant and has been for 41 years. She has worked along side Dr. Crouch for 21 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. She finds her job very rewarding in lots of ways.
Stephanie was originally from Tacoma. After high school, she moved to California for the next forty years. Thats where she found her passion for dentistry. She has gone full circle and is now back in Tacoma.
Stephanie joined the Light Dental Studios family in March of 2017. She works in the orthodontic department with Dr. Crouch. Fortunately, Stephanie was able to participate in the Give back to the community day that was held in May, where the LDS family gave their time and work freely to needy patients.
Whitney has worked at Light Dental Studios since February 2019, but has been in the orthodontic field for two years. She has experience both assisting and in the front office and absolutely loves it! Working at Light Dental Studios has changed the way she views a work environment. The team shows her that you can make your work feel like home when you love what you do and who you spend your days with.
Kiley was born and raised here in the Pacific Northwest and recently moved to the Puyallup area from the Eastside. She has been a dental assistant since 2014 and started her journey with Light Dental Studios in early 2020 working in the orthodontics office. She feels so blessed to work with such an amazing team here and absolutely loves our patients.
Meet Jenna! Jenna joined the orthodontic team in the spring of 2017. Helping patients build amazing self-confidence is her passion. She loves working with people and loves the process of creating beautiful custom smiles!
Outside of the office, Jenna stays busy caring for animals, traveling with her husband, and gathering with their family and friends. They enjoy camping, riding ATVs, Harley rides, cake decorating, and photography.
Narjes was born in Iraq and raised in Syria. She moved to Puyallup in 2017 and in 2020 became a member of our Light Dental Studios team working as an orthodontic dental assistant. She loves this office and how welcoming and kind they are to everyone. This office truly makes you feel like you belong and are with family.

I had an amazing experience at Light Dental Orthodontics. This was my first orthodontics appointment ever, so I wasn't sure what to expect. from the moment I stepped out the elevator I could hear music playing all over the office it was an amazing playlist and I immediately felt at ease and right at home. I was welcomed with a friendly greeting from the Nasta at the front desk soon after I met Jamie. She was very nice and really took a second to get to know me and wanted to know what worked best with me. soon after that I met Dr Hass who was also very nice and mad me giggle so much! I went in for a consult to get braces. I really didn't think I would leave with braces that day but I DiD!! So efficient! Sydni flawlessly attached my braces and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I look forward to seeing all of you again for my follow up!! would highly recommend ALL THE BEST!!

I love this clinic! Dr. Shin and Sydni are my favorites! They are both so friendly and professional and I actually look forward to my appointments. I absolutely recommend this office to others and will be a little sad when my treatment is over. I got Invisalign and I am thrilled with my results! I am 47 years old and it's never too late to have a beautiful smile!

Crouch Orthodontics is amazing!! The staff is ALWAYS friendly. They are extremely accommodating. My son, Connors, only missed a short time from school the day he got his braces off. I would recommend Crouch Orthodontics in a heartbeat

I love coming to this office! Not only were they great with my braces but they worked with me and getting it to where I could get my braces off in time to welcome my son into this world 1 week later in 2016. I still come in for retainer checks often and not only did they get to see my growing belly they have now got to wach my son become a little person. They truly treat me and my kids like family and i always look forward to coming to my appointments! I love this office and staff and would recommend them to anyone! Melissa

Omgosh! I got my big girl braces at age 51 thinking I would have them for 3 to 5 years. Done in under 2! They know what they are doing. Everyone is so caring & friendly, feels like family. They even put my name on the reception chalk board when I got my braces on & off--I thought that was just for the kids. Greatest experience of my life when it comes to my teeth.
