Dr. Adam Poyfair is a graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He also earned a Bachelors Degree in Nutritional Science with a Chemistry Minor at Brigham Young University. While attending Case Western, Dr. Poyfair was very active in student government and attended many extracurricular education courses. He served as his Class Representative while in dental school.
Having been a member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Poyfair enjoys being active within the local dental community. He has served as Chairman of the South Sound Free Dental Day Design Committee, which helps to serve hundreds of local residents with free dental services. He has volunteered his free time with Medical Teams International to provide free dental care and education to underpriviliged school children. Dr. Poyfair enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is proficient in many disciplines including: Crowns/Veneers, Extractions, Root Canals, Implant placement and Traditional and Clear Braces.
Dr. Poyfair is proud to have called Washington State home his whole life. Dr. Poyfair enjoys spending his free time playing Dad and taking his four children to various activities, as well as cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks. He has a good sense of humor and is a firm believer in the age old saying that 'laughter is the best medicine. Dr. Poyfair is very active with his church and is a member of Watch DOGS (Dad 's of Great Students) at his childrens local school. He also loves going on dates with his amazing wife, Carissa. People wonder where such a super dad finds the time to help out in so many ways, but he is really an incredibly generous and thoughtful person.
Dr. Poyfair has been with Light Dental Studios at the Lakewood office since 2009 and has built some amazing relationships with his patients and dental team. You will notice what a warm and inviting atmosphere he has helped to create for his patients. Dr. Poyfair's vision for each of his patients is to let them know what he can do to help them keep their oral health the best it can be.
Dr. Nazish Haq is a native of New Jersey where she completed her BA in Chemistry and minor in Math from Rutgers University. She graduated Cum Laude with high honors and also received the prestigious Ronald Rahman Award for excellence in Analytical Chemistry. Dr. Haq then pursued her DMD from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine where she spent a year doing in depth research on human pathogens involved in periodontal disease.
After receiving her DMD, she enrolled in a postgraduate program at Rutgers. This challenging program focused on Pediatric dentistry, Oral surgery, Periodontics and dentistry in the operating room. She especially enjoyed working in the Oral Medicine department because of the compassion and kindness that was necessary to treat medically compromised patients.
Dr. Haq strives to provide the kind of care for her patients as if they are a part of her own family. Developing a personal relationship with them and making them feel comfortable during treatment is her number one goal. Offering amenities such as pillows, blankets and even headphones are always available to patients who experience anxiety in the dental chair.
When Dr. Haq is not doing dentistry, she enjoys traveling across the globe, volunteering and cooking. Being a fitness enthusiast at heart, Dr. Haq also enjoys activities like rollerblading, biking, hiking, bouldering and anything outdoors with her wonderful husband, Hasan.

I have an amazing dentist here. I never feel pain here and they are very thorough in the treatment. The front desk is friendly.

I've been fortunate to have really good periodontal care in another state before moving to Washington. It has been satisfying and has reduced my worry when initially coming to Light Dental Studios for an implant. Dr. Garibov and his efficient and friendly team, Nicki, Bobbie, Elise, and Amber have been outstanding employees. Nicki and Bobbie are very mindful of details involving tooth structure, and Elise and Amber are consistently helpful and friendly in the front office. Thank-you Light Dental Studio staff!

The staff at Light Dental Studios are above and beyond . I have never felt so listened to and cared for in periodontical sort of way . Every one of the staff that I have had the privelidge to work with has been empathetic , knowledgeable and dedicated to what they do for their patients. WOW if I could give a 15 I would! So many nerves and fear of "what ifs" on my part. Dr. Bhatia, Natlie and Amber are AMAZING! We laughed and were so at peace. THANK YOU for taking something that was unknown and fearful for me and making it a peaceful day/event. I am forever grateful! Blessings!

Coming from a background of fear and anxiety surrounding dental work (looking at you, IHS!) the last thing I wanted to do was have my wisdom teeth extracted. Upon discovery of an infection in my LL tooth and progressing decay in the others, and realizing that snowboarding season is soon - I was referred to this office by their sister location in Hawks Prairie. Both teams were amazing, caring, and so understanding with my fears and concerns. Dr. Chen, my oral surgeon, walked me through every step of the procedure, pre and post op, and ensured all of my questions didn't go unanswered. Her team and reception staff were wonderful, from start to finish - a far cry from the "your services are done, here's your bill" some of us know too well. What I imagined as a horrifying, painful experience was a pain-free, even fun at times walk in the park with FRIENDS rather than personnel. I would recommend up and down Dr. Chen to anyone needing restorative or periodontal work. The level of professionalism and skill shines through with everything else - Light Dental Studios has made a customer for the future, hands down! I can't thank you enough for the help, from exam to scheduling to surgery to recovery.

Dr Garibov is not only very knowledgeable, proficient, and professional, he is also very kind. He and his staff do everything possible to help you feel comfortable and well cared for. I have been to his office for two different tooth extractions and preparation for implants, and I continue to be very impressed.

I have always been anxious to visit a dentist...so I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Natalie put me at ease. I felt her compassion and caring from the moment she she took my BP until completion of intake screening. Natalie was certainly a standout amount all the staff; all of whom focused on my care and comfort. After almost 70 years of dental visits, I found "Light Dental Services" a standout in the dental industry. Thank you Natalie!

I want to thank everyone at Light Dental Studios Implants and Periodontics for making my visit yesterday one that I can personally say was one of the most pleasant experiences with regards to their professionalism and care. I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and LANAP surgery...I know who would ever say that was pleasant...well I can because everyone made sure I was taken care of. From Amber who made sure I was comfortable and at ease to all the staff... Natalie and Aleise. Although not part of the team that surrounded me yesterday, Id like to mention Melissa who has been taking good care of my teeth in previous visits. Last but certainly not least (saved best for last:) Dr.. Garibov is absolutely wonderful at what he does from start to finish...makes sure you understand what he is going to do...and even followed up with a personal phone call to check in on how I was doing...truly above and beyond!!!!! I recently had an implant at Light Dental Studios in Olympia. I was greeted warmly by Amber, comforted in a reassuring and calming manner by Bobbi during the surgery, and treated with great care, respect and competency by Dr. Garibov. I felt no pain during or after the surgery. Upon my return two weeks later for a check-up(all good) Bobbi went the extra distance to polish my teeth to clean the stains off that resulted from the prescribed mouthwash. I highly recommend this team -from Kathy who made my appointments to Amber to Bobbi and Dr. Garibov!

They are amazing! Not only are the staff extremely helpful and friendly, they explain things really well and take the time to get to know you and know what it is you want done or need and make you feel better about yourself. There is no judgment just positivity and kindness. All around super professional yet understanding. Dr. Garibov, the assistants and staff are wonderful! Dr Garibov in Olympia is skilled, thorough, and kind. Dr. Garibov has been conscientious throughout my bone graft surgery and post-surgery. I was able to reach him directly after hours when I had a question and he called me personally (not his staff) after the surgery to see how I was doing. I was in less pain during this procedure than with two previous gum surgeries I had by other providers. Should I ever need (and I hope I don't) other peridontal procedures I will schedule with Dr. Garibov.
