For Dr. Kini Tran, dentistry was meant to be. From a young age Dr. Tran has had the desire to help, lead, and educate others. His experiences growing up as a boy scout member of his local church, being a seminarian as a young adult, and coaching high school volleyball gave him the opportunity to be involved in his community and to teach those around him. Following in the footsteps of his older sisters, Dr. Tran found a natural fit in the field of dentistry.
He graduated from NOVA Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2003 and relocated to Houston in 2004. Dr. Tran decided to set his roots in Houston with his wife, Dr. Kim Nguyen, and to follow to his dream of opening his own dental practice. His goal is to provide a professional and calming atmosphere to help others feel less anxious about dental work and to share his knowledge and form lasting relationships with his patients.
Dr. Kim Nguyen grew up in Houston, Texas and knew from a very young age that she wanted to be a dentist. Having had many dental experiences as a patient herself, Dr. Nguyen realized that she wanted to be a gentle and caring dentist who treated her patients like family. To her, dentistry combines artistry and compassion to create beautiful, healthy smiles.
Dr. Nguyen completed her undergraduate education at the University of St. Thomas and graduated from the University of Texas School of Dentistry. She and her husband, Dr. Tran decided to open their own dental office in order to realize their vision for how they wanted to treat patients.
