My goal is to provide the best options for affordable dental care in a friendly environment. I strive to treat every patient the way I would like to be treated and to develop a bond of trust and understanding. As a child, I was terrified of the dentist until I observed my father's friend work with his patients. I wish to emulate how he developed amazing, trusting partnerships so that they could eliminate pain and restore their smiles and self-confidence.
Dr. Uppal grew up in India and currently resides in Broken Arrow with her husband (and best friend) Sam, and their two children, Aarav (6 years old) and Sid (1.5 years old). The family loves to read books, do puzzles, pretend play, swim, bike, dance, and stay active with sports such as soccer, football, and badminton. In her free time, Dr. Uppal enjoys biking, traveling, and chatting with friends during long walks.

I am so grateful I found Dr. Uppal. As someone who has suffered for decades with "dental anxiety", I cannot express enough how well Dr. Uppal (and her wonderful crew) have taken care of me. I am so excited to get my oral health restored and having a dentist I can trust and actually feel at ease with is just .... PRICELESS!!! Thank you so much Dr. Uppal and staff

I've been going to this dental office for a few years now while Dr.Gosnell was still there. I believe this year or late last year they changed dentists, ever since then, I've had nothing but bad experiences. Issues with billing and a bad experience with the new dentist. Today was the last straw for me. I went in for 2 fillings and asked the dental assistant if it was a possibility that I could get the fillings without the anesthetic (the needle made me uneasy), however when the actual dentist came into the office, she numbed my mouth anyway without consulting with me or giving me an official answer to my question. All I wanted was for her to simply communicate and let me know ahead of time what my options were. Never again will I return or recommend any of my family or friends going forward. I've already recommended 2 of my friends to this office in the past smh!

They were professional and very friendly. I totally felt that my interests were being always considered. The doctor was down to earth, explained everything to my understanding and continued throughout the procedure to make sure I was pain free. I'm glad I selected this office for my dental work.

Everyone was super nice! They took the time to answer all my questions and were super accommodating of my disability. Even though I was very nervous, they made the whole process more comfortable for me. I highly recommend this place!

Just on first visit , they make you feel welcome, even for us nervous people. Friendly happy atmosphere. Very clean , bright and open office. They are very forward and honest up front as well . Will update as procedures advance!

I generally like Lifetime but I was disappointed when I had to find out on Facebook through a friend that my dentist was leaving. No email, no phone call or text. I think that's bad business. I like the new dentist, Dr. Uppal a lot. I am not wedded to dentists like some people are nor do I have a fear of dentists. It would just have been nice to be notified. Apparently it's a regularly occurring thing here, that dentists are replaced.

The whole process has been great so far. They answered the phone right away, got me an appointment within two days. I was a couple minutes late and they were very understanding. I have a really small mouth and hate taking X-rays but the tech was very patient with me. The technology at the facility was cool; they build a virtual 3d model of your teeth with a camera. The doctor explains everything very well. And then they helped me with payment plans. Very happy

Staff was so nice. And Very helpful. Explained what was being done. Seemed like a happy environment! Did I mention they all were very friendly just making sure I was comfortable. I had to wait a little longer on my husband and they just made sure they kept me updated and made sure I was still doing ok.
