All in all, I wasted ample amount of time and gas getting nothing done that I needed. I will never recommend this place to a loved one or my worst enemy. I've been a patient at this office for over four years. I scheduled an appointment months in advance and was informed two days prior that my appointment had to be rescheduled. Due to this, I had to rush to be there on time after working a long 12 hour shift over an hour away so I didn't lose my appointment and have to wait another month and half for another one. The day before my rescheduled appointment, I got a call that my insurance needed to be verified. I provided the information and was told if there was a problem I would be notified by the end of the day. I never got a call. The next morning I rush to my appointment just to be told the insurance was inaccurate. It took over 30 minutes to be straightened out. Due to the delay, I couldn't get the cleaning that I needed which was the entire purpose of the original appointment. The time management and customer service at this office is subpar.

I have been fighting a battle for many years with several problems with my teeth filling after filling ,root canals pulled tees and a lot of Dentist get frustrated with me with my anxiety and my mouth not being able to be numb. This Dentist was really awesome took the time with me . Patient with me so that he could complete the work that I really needed done and his assistant Aiden was awesome and the doctor is also great with him. Also the office staff is really polite and welcoming to the making the appointment, checking in, payment and check out .

I went for a cleaning after an hour they told me I should have my teeth scaled. I explained that the last time it was done it was very painful and my teeth became very sensitive. I also explained that I am a cancer patient and I am in treatment. They said they wouldn't do the cleaning only would do the scaling. I left after over an hour without getting my teeth cleaned.

I had been living in Florida less than a year when the pandemic hit, and I put off seeing a dentist, a doctor, or pretty much anybody I didn't absolutely have to be around for obvious reasons. I finally went to Lifetime Dentistry of Lady Lake on the recommendation of some coworkers after I broke a tooth -- you can't put off a broken tooth. To my pleasant surprise, Dr. Altoos and his team were able to save the tooth, and they did it with next to no pain on my part. After that, I became a regular patient. I was always impressed with the care I got there -- the examinations were never perfunctory. If Dr. Altoos had any concerns about the state of my teeth, he explained them, and the possible solutions, clearly and succinctly. I once had a dentist who acted like my visits were an imposition, so this was a nice change of pace. And for what it's worth, I got a kick out of some of the whiz-bang diagnostic equipment in the place, stuff I'd never seen before -- sometimes I felt a little like an actor in a sci-fi movie. I only stopped seeing Dr. Altoos because I recently moved away from Florida. If I had stayed, he'd have been my dentist for the foreseeable future.

Dr. Altoos extracted two wisdom teeth and although both were actually positioned in a difficult way in my jaw, he carefully and patiently worked one out and quickly extracted the other. No discomfort! Dr. Altoos explained the procedure, noted what was expected or could happen, and was very informative. Dr. Altoos is an amazing dentist. I had received a filling in an obvious place from him in the past and he's a true artist in matching and sculpting. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend Lifetime Dentistry of Lady Lake!

As a new patient with an emergency, I can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Altoos was of course a total professional, but very patient and empathetic to all my concerns. They were able to give me the treatment I needed and I left the office feeling we chose the right place to go. Thank you Lifetime Dentistry.
