This review is long overdue. Doctor Afzali is rude and inconsiderate. She's only kind when she is trying to convince you to get fast braces, which I did. This woman yelled at me in front of the whole office when I asked a simple question about the removal of my wisdom tooth while wearing braces. She told me in the beginning that I did not have to remove it but later said I did. I removed them but the yelling was very unprofessional. I'm sure she broke a few HIPAA laws too, blurting out my concerns at the time. Her front desk staff is ever changing too, I can only imagine why. Cindy apologized for her actions immediately (Cindy was kind the whole time I was a patient here). 10 minutes later Dr. Afzali says "I apologize, you always come in here so cheerful and happy, I'm sorry, you are a nice girl". It made me feel awkward that she just took out her random anger on me! This woman has personal issues going on for sure! She is clearly unhappy and takes it out on certain patients. She just wants your money and for you to leave! She tried to overcharge me a few times but I caught it too quickly and she reversed the charges. When it was time to get my retainer, her receptionist said she'd call me to come back and get it but she never did, then later lied and said she told me to come back. I went a whole day without my retainer and braces fresh off, thank goodness my teeth didn't move. Miserable and low quality people here and I've found a much better dentist with staff that don't hate life. Worst experience ever.

I think Dr. Truong is a great dentist and came all the way from Camarillo to see him. Lifetime Dental in Rancho Cucamonga was great. The people are terrific and the office was very open, clean and people were very friendly.

The people are the best part about coming to Lifetime Dental. Dentists, hygienists, and receptionists -- everyone is friendly and professional and treat you with respect. The facility is clean and orderly and there is plenty of parking. The only reason I'd give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the wait times. Even for a relatively quick procedure you may be kept waiting for quite some time. Perhaps they're understaffed due to COVID, as many other places are. In any case, I'd recommend Lifetime Dental to friends and family and plan to continue coming here.

All of the staff are so nice and everyone puts a smile on my face. Everyone is very professional and my cleaning was so gentle. Everyone has genuine great energy and I won't go anywhere else. Love coming here for cleaning or any other treatment. I would highly recommend anyone who needs dental services to come here. So glad I came here and found this place! I will absolutely be letting all my friends and family know about this office.

This place is awesome. They remind you your scheduled appointment. I had 3-4 procedures done in this place and they did my procedures as gentle as they can so not to feel pain and not to feel too much pressure. My appointment will be on the 16th and i know they'll do great on my teeth.
