Ever since he can remember, Dr. Her has been good with his hands and very interested in sciences. He worked as a successful Certified Public Accountant but eventually realized that he wanted to have a career where he could help others much more directly. Today, he truly loves what he does and changing peoples lives for the better!
After completing his undergraduate degree at USC, Dr. Her pursued his doctorate at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Hes also extensively pursued advanced training in order to further expand his clinical skills, including learning Chao Pinhole Surgery from the inventor himself, studying Full Arch All-On-4 implant restorations at the 3D Dentist Institute, and becoming certified in oral and IV sedation through DOCS. Hes also attended courses in CEREC and occlusion through the prestigious Dawson Academy.
Dr. Her is happily married with five children named Joseph, Matthew, Noah, Eve, and Anna. When he isnt busy at work, he loves music and currently works as the Worship Director at his church. He also coaches his children about music and sports, plays golf, and spends quality time at the lake.

One of the fundamentals of gum therapy is scaling and root planing, which work to remove plaque and promote healing of the gums and tooth roots. I love going to Lifetime Dental! Shanna is the best and makes the whole experience super chill and easygoing. I took my toddler in for his first dental appointment and she made him feel super comfortable and we made it through the appointment with no tears! Highly recommend!

Another great experience with Lifetime Dental! Dr. Her is the best dentist I've ever been to. My whole family goes there now. Lifetime Dental is extremely professional and friendly. Both the doctor and dental staff treat you like family. We truly love them and feel extremely cared for. I would never go anywhere else.

Good service, but they are not upfront with their prices. They said my insurance would cover for my annual cleaning, but then charge me other services that weren't provided. Talked to the lady who handles billing and she was a bit rude. I didn't want to deal with her so I paid and left. I also noticed the dental hygienist's stomach was growling. Poor lady was probably hungry. I will not be coming back.

As I am fairly new to GA, the task of finding a Dentist was a priority. Well I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Shue Her, and he assured me I would be able to schedule an appointment before the holiday. He was accurate and we went in for our scheduled appointment yesterday 12/21/21. I was impressed from the moment we walked into the office. Beautiful holiday decor, Ashley the receptionist welcomed my son and I, with Courtesy , professionalism and respect. My son was called into the office first. I followed to confer with Dr. Her. He is so personable with patients. So my son needed a cleaning and filling for a cavity . Normally you would have to get that done on a follow up office visit, however it was all done during this initial office visit. The dental hygienist Shana, was so nice, professional and informative. She explained everything to Jaylen and I during our exams. I was impressed with her thorough examination checking for bone density and offering technics to Floss and brushing our teeth. As we finished with our exams we sat with TeAndra, who's the office manager. Well I enjoyed meeting her because she's the staff member that oversees insurance billing. TeAndra was able to confirm all the benefits available to me with my dental insurance. I walked out so happy and ready for this holiday season. Very happy with the service! Dr. Her and his staff are very friendly, informative and professional. I hadn't been to the dentist in years and I started having a problem with a tooth. When I researched dentist offices in the Gainesville area I was blown away by all the reviews Lifetime Dental had and they were all 5 stars. I gave them a call and was shocked that they got me in, as a new patient, right away. They diagnosed my problem, quoted everything out to me in the order of most to least important and got me taken care of the same day. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of throughout the entire visit. If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend giving them a try. I now know why they have such high reviews. I experienced it first hand!

I always get so anxious before appointments. The other day I had a minor setback in my plans for getting implants. They calmed me down, and reassured me that it would all work out, just take a little longer. They even dabbed a few tears. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Wisdom tooth extraction (3 total) completed today by Dr. Her and additional team members (unfortunately do not recall their names as I was under some sedation). Feeling great thus far just 8 hours post-op. 3/3 of my visits have been terrific to Dr. Her's practice, so I will be returning for all of my dental needs in the future!
