I hate the dentist; I literally never want anything to do with them because I had a bad experience when I was younger. However this was the first time in a long time I felt safe at a dentist. The first time I visit my anxiety was sky rocking but they were patient and understanding after another visit I can say I feel much better about the dentist and that these people care about your well being and that gives me reassurance to come back again.

My first appointment was fine. However in my second appointment, I really didn't like their service. I didn't feel they were prepared for my appointment, they made me wait on bed with all those stuff in my mouth while they were figuring out the tools for my treatment and discussing about some other patients in the middle of my treatment. From next time, I want to try different service provider. I don't know how they got all these ratings.

I was looking for a new dentist within my insurance network that accepts new patients, and found this practice. When I signed they offered me a $50 gift card that I would get after 3 months. At my first visit I was seen by Dr. Love. She told me that I have a crack on my front tooth and that it would need a crown, and that it may break anytime so it was kind of urgent up to her judgement. I had an overseas trip coming within ten days from visit, so I started the process immediately. When she was working on my teeth I guess she did something to my gums that it wouldn't stop bleeding. She kept asking if I am on a blood thinner, which I am not, then she had to do a laser procedure to stop the bleeding. She also started working on one of my lower teeth without my consent and when I asked why she did that, she said it was uneven! I was angry that she did that without asking me. Few days later had my temporary crown then when I had my permanent crown it was awful. The shape of it and the color did not match the rest of my teeth. I had to have it on until I came back from my trip two weeks later. I requested that Dr. Barry be the one who continue the work on my teeth and when I came for my next visit I found that I will be seen by Dr. Love again, when I said that I don't want her to work on my teeth, they told me she is just going to remove the old crown and she is not going to do any work on my teeth. Surprisingly after she removed the crown she started taking away more from my teeth, I was furious. I did send an email to the office expressing my concern that even after I requested that she doesn't perform any work on my teeth she still did. They finally got a professional to do my second crown that came much better than the first one. I found that they are sending charges to my insurance for core build up which the insurance declined because it is not applicable. Why would you need a core build up for a complete tooth that only had a crack on the lower part! I also found out that I over paid them $103 above what the insurance said I am supposed to pay. I received a call from their office that I have a balance on my account so I sent them an email with the explanation from the insurance and they never replied. My husband called them on the phone to see why they are asking us to pay more instead of returning the money we overpaid they insisted that I am responsible for the core build up charges. I called again to see why I never received my promised $50 gift card and to clear my account. They told me that they will not send the gift card and I would owe them nothing, even though they still took $103 above what the insurance told me I am supposed to pay them. I would never go back to that office and I would never recommend them to anyone. Awful experience from start to end.

I cannot recommend this office enough!! I've been going there for a few years now and I'm very satisfied with the quality of care. Everyone there is wonderful! Dr. Love is very personable and remembers me every time I see her. Dr. Barry is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable, explains everything very well, and is amazing at everything he does! Amber, Myndi, and Raena are all amazing!! They are very nice and good at what they do! The three hygienists, Michelle, Lindsay, and Zara, are awesome! I look forward to my cleanings just because they're so good! And can't forget Trivana, she goes above and beyond every time I see her and makes sure I'm comfortable and taken care of!

I can say that this office helped me back in July with my emergency procedure, and they took me the same day even though they were busy. The staff and dental hygienist are very friendly. The place is very clean and well sanitized. I was kinda under the impression that they were saying my teeth had problems but I don't think they really had problems, other than my wisdom teeth. It's sad to say that I was billed a new balance weeks after my procedure and that the insurance wouldn't cover the other forms of my procedure. I understand that these circumstances do happen and a new balance can occur. When asking the receptionist on the phone to clarify if I would owe more in the future to better budget myself she kinda seemed frustrated in my questionings. The statement that I got back was " I can charge more to your account if you would like me to". To me it seemed kinda unprofessional to when she could've just said you owe nothing. The place has been good to me but I'm having a hard time trusting their billings. I'm on the edge of finding a new practice.

I just got a tooth pulled today (my first one). Everyone was super nice, very quick. Dr.Barry was super awesome, informative and pulled my tooth out in like 3-4 minutes. Shavohn (spelling) was super great and very sweet. Glad I had them both today.

I came in to get a routine cleaning, but I also had an issue where a tooth was causing my tongue to be repeatedly cut when I would chew. I appreciated Dr. Love doing a quick grind down of my tooth and my condition is much better now because of that.

I have been a patient of this office for a little over 2 years. On day one, they took time to get to know me in more detail than what I thought any office would ever do. It was very much appreciated and it felt like they actually cared about who I was before any work started. Now, 2 years and multiple visits later - I still feel appreciated and wanted. My mouth is as healthy as ever and I have no intentions of going anywhere else! 5-stars. Easy.

Lifetime dental is highly recommended. From the hygienist to my dental care. Welcoming and friendly staff. Dr Love and her staff go above and beyond measures to be transparent in the procedures being performed. Absolutely no surprises even on billing. Outstanding communication! Highly recommended!
