Dr. Gail is an excellent professional dentist, I don't have words to say thank you for helping with my kid when I was very desperate to find a dentist that can take him in. Her team is excellent... They help me to sing in as soon as they can.

Dr. Gail and her staff have been very accommodating to our needs and are always willing to answer questions. We attend a family practice for our regular dental needs, but they occasionally refer out to LifeSmiles for pediatric work when they feel it would be better for the kiddo. Dr. Gail's office has been communicative and respectful of our requests to get the materials we're most comfortable using for our son who needed some fillings. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism!

Dr. Gail and her team are so sweet and so patient! My toddler is not the easiest patient and they treat her with so much kindness and understanding we couldn't be happier

Dr. Gail is a saint. Please don't consider another pediatric dentist. We drive 30+ miles because LifeSmiles Pediatric Dentistry is worth it!

My son (almost 11yo) fell and broke both his front teeth. Our usual dentist sent him to Dr Gail. She fit us in her schedule immediately, reattached a fragment to one tooth and repaired the other. I can't say enough about how kind and professional all the staff were and what an excellent job Dr Gail did. Pictures are worth a thousand words.

Dr.Gail and staff are helpful, friendly and understanding. All procedures and costs are explained up front which is great. My daughters have both had good experiences with fillings here. This office is out of my network and I pay extra to go here because I truly enjoy the care the staff/dr give to my children. I really like that the office allows a parent in the room with the child as well.

We drive all the way from Lansing and boy is it is so worth the trip! The office is clean, the staff is so friendly and follow covid guidelines. My son has been seeing another pediatric dentist in our area and had a horrible experience. We are so glad we had this office recommended to us. Today my son had to have some major work done and he was so at ease with Dr. Gail. Such a terrific experience...when my anxious son says, "when are we going to start" and everything is already done you know the dentist has gone above and beyond to make your child feel comfortable.

I am so thankful for Dr. Gail and the entire staff--cannot recommend them enough! The office is incredibly clean; you can tell that health and safety is a top priority. I'm a first-time mom whose infant saw Dr. Gail for tongue and lip tie revisions. I was so nervous, but everyone there was patient and knowledgeable and helped me feel confident in the procedure. My baby is able to latch better and is so much happier after the procedure. Forever grateful!

My 8 yr old son was terrified of the dentist from his past experience elsewhere. DR. Gail and staff worked so well with him each appointment. Even was willing to break the appointments up so it wasnt so much on him in one day. If he needed breaks during his fillings they would allow it. So understanding to the childrens needs. Love how nice all of the staff members are when speaking to the children. They make you feel very comfortable. Hands down the best pediatric dentist office. You will not be disappointed!

Best Dr. ever has she was kind and did a great job! She really helped my daughter and explain everything to us and accommodate us for driving a long ways. I would recommend her to everyone!

My 7 year old daughter is a new patient of Dr. Gail's and she had her first appointment today. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly from the first phone call to set up the appointment through the entirety of the exam. My daughter was happy and comfortable the entire time, which is so important seeing that many little ones are afraid of the dentist! I was also VERY impressed with the safety procedures and protocols that are being enforced in the middle of the pandemic to ensure that EVERYONE who visits can feel that their health (parents and children) means something to this practice. Everything is absolutely spotless and modern as well. I would recommend LifeSmiles to anyone who wants their children to receive top notch dental care in a safe and comfortable environment.

AMAZING STAFF! Knowledgeable dentist and assistant. Friendly and polite secretary. They don't get all bent out of shape if you're running late, either. I mean, we do have kids and things happen sometimes, and they are very understanding in regards to this. Never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen nor have I ever been there more than an hour (we have had 7 visits since they've opened). AMAZING FACILITY! Brand new building that is clean. I've been to other pediatric dentists, and Dr. Gail has the most dental tools and equipment that I've ever seen. State of the art! With any and everything to accommodate your little one. They even have TVS on the ceiling so they can watch cartoons while being examined!!!!!!! AMAZING ENVIRONMENT! Beautifully decorated with lots of toys and books to enjoy. They have a mini fridge with water available and also a keurig. They offer many different types of coffee, tea, and creamers. As an adult and a coffee lover, this makes my day when we visit!!! I've worked in the healthcare industry on both the patient care side and medical billing end. So I'm VERY picky when it comes to healthcare professionals and facilities, especially when it involves my child. Believe me when I say that these people and this place are TOP NOTCH!!! I've already referred family and friends here and they love it as well!

We love LifeSmiles!! As a family of 6 we have had a few different dentists in our day and this place is by far the best, with a family feel. My kids have always been afraid of going to see a dentist until we found LifeSmiles. My 6 year old walks back with the staff without mommy with no problem and that was as early as our 2nd visit. Dr. Gail gets on the child's level and it relaxes them almost instantly. Dr. Gail uses cute kid words like "sugar bugs" to help a child relax and understand. She does this while still making parents feel important too. Dr. Gail and her staff are friendly and professional. The building is gorgeous and super clean with ways to keep kids entertained while they wait as well as while they are in the work chair. My family and I feel safe when we go to LifeSmiles because we know they follow many steps to make sure we are kept healthy. These steps include masks being worn by both staff and patients, taking temperatures at the door, and sanitizer stations. Those extra steps actually take more work on their end but I feel they do it because they genuinely care about my families well being. I so appreciate the extra work they put in trying to keep my family and others safe because it gives my family peace of mind. LifeSmiles is also amazing at communication. They are on top of returning calls and making calls for important info. Dr. Gail herself after hours has personally called me just to answer questions to show me she cares. I will never take my kids anywhere else. Safe, clean, kid friendly, great communication, on time....I give this place an A+++!

Dr. Gail and the team at LifeSmiles are amazing! We started taking our 3 girls (now 7, 5, & 3) there and couldn't be happier. 7 year old had a little accident at school where she tripped and hit her mouth on a desk. Was in pain for a few days, so we brought her in for X-rays. No need! Dr. Gail knew right away what the problem was and said she could make the pain disappear immediately... With a laser! My daughter and I were both stunned at how easy and effective the process was. The pain was completely gone in about 90 seconds and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. Absolutely amazing stuff, cannot say enough good things about this place and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Pediatric dentist!

ETA: Took my autistic 13 year old son for a tooth removal. It was a difficult visit for him but the staff were wonderful in their care of him, and very patient with his behavior. It is a bit of a drive for us to go there but they are awesome. Dr. Gail even personally called later in the evening to check up on him.

Wonderful staff! My son had his lip and tongue tie revised and Dr. Gail and Heidi were wonderful! Made us feel welcome and at ease during the entire visit. Thank you to LifeSmiles!

My daughter took my grandson there on a referral and was charged 300 dollars to be told it was to late in the day to do anything and did nothing for my grandson who was in severe pain
