Being a Graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, I am deeply rooted in Minnesota traditions and values. You can be assured that the Lifesmiles staff and I work hard and provide excellent dental care for immediate need as well as continuing dental health. I am proud to provide gentle, family-oriented dental care to the adults and children of this community for nearly 30 years. We utilize state of the art sterilization techniques and practice the most modern dentistry available today. In addition to general dentistry and ongoing dental care, we offer veneers, all porcelain crowns, tooth whitening and bonding. My utmost goal is providing a comfortable atmosphere during treatment.
Im from a Suburb of Chicago, where I worked in the Dental Field for many years, but I Love living in Minnesota. I enjoy spending time with my daughter, being outdoors, traveling, and patio happy hours!
I grew up in Norway and moved to Minnesota in 2014. We have two little girls and a small dog. I love spending time with my family, baking, traveling, hunting, skiing, playing soccer and being outdoors.

After an always satisfying teeth cleaning experience with a gentle and competent hygienist, Dr Gawlik discovered a cavity in an already twice filled bicuspid. He recommended a crown and because of a cancellation I was able to have the prep done right then. I had NO discomfort with the two shots of novocaine, and got settled in with Mozart playing on my headphones. Dr Gawlik, worked carefully, swiftly and with the competence I have come to expect from him. The pain free tooth prep drilling was over in less than fifteen minutes! After the temporary was securely in place, I was on my way home. The entire event was an amazingly comfortable experience. And Dr Gawlik phoned me the next day to ask if everything was going well. I am beyond grateful for the dental care I receive at Lifesmiles!

I met Julie at the Mezz and she told me she worked at Lifesmiles Dentistry. I hadn't seen a dentist for at least 10 years. Julie recommended Lifesmiles to me and I'm so thrilled she did. I've been a patient with Dr. Gawlik for over 25 years and will NEVER go anywhere else. From front desk to dental chair, my experience at Lifesmiles has been fabulous. You're always greeted by name when you arrive. Everyone you come in contact with are happy, friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I've been going to Lifesmiles for 8 years and have had all wonderful experiences. The staff is very friendly and kind. As someone who really doesn't like going to the dentist, I don't dread my cleanings and always leave pleased with my care. Highly recommend Lifesmiles!

On time, great service overall .. love the doctor .. nice and friendly .. I am so happy to find this dental at neighborhood.. Doing very good job to prep my crown and would finished within two weeks .. awesome job and love doctor check in up on me after they done to day .... feel comfortable and safe .. thanks all of you My doctor took care my broken teeth .. with shorted notice and prep me for a new crown !!! Awesome job Excellent service !!!! Erin, my hygienist did wonderful job always ! And the new gadget to pre clean before actually clean awesome gadget !! My doctor always has compassion to me !! Thanks for all your service

Silly people @ Lifesmiles... Why do you ask ME if you're any good...? Do really think that I would keep coming back after ALL these years if I didn't think you were all doing your jobs well...? ...and I thought your new dental hygienist, Tina, was more than gentle when cleaning my choppers. (One year later I was asked for a review again....) ~ You're asking me again if you're any good...? I brought my brother there today for his first visit and when we were "on the road" he told me that he was very satisfied with his first experience with you.... ~ Don't waste my time with your silly surveys.... ~ Like I told you last time, I wouldn't keep coming for decades if I wasn't pleased with the quality of care that you constintly offer. Dr. Gawlik knows what he's doing and there is no doubt in my mind that he knows that the staff he has knows how to do there job(s) well too !! (So there, you're all great and don't let it go to your heads.... )
