Dr. Chin is among five other residents in LifeLongs inaugural class who will graduate from the program next year. LifeLongs program was developed to fill a need to train highly skilled family medicine physicians to work in underserved outpatient medicine practices.

Dr. Chin took his DO degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and an MsMEd from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. His academic interests include medical education, preventative medicine, social determinants of health, and the role that culture plays in healthcare.

Great experience with the dentist Dr Ho and the technician. They easily and happily accommodated my special needs as a person with epilepsy. Sliding scale cost is great. Getting an appointment will usually take several months. Adjusting my review: in 2021 they called the wrong phone number to confirm, (mandatory confirmation a week in advance or they cancel the appointment) and then cancelled my appointment (because wrong number meant I couldn't confirm). The next soonest I could book was 3 months later. A week before THAT appointment we confirmed and then a couple days later they cancelled, I don't recall why. The next available I could book was 3 months later so I did that. I proactively called to confirm the appointment a week before, and they were about to call me because to cancel since the dentist wouldn't be in the clinic on the day of the appointment... just 100% unpredictable.

Could not help me today. When it claims it opens at 8.30 doesn't really. I got there at 8.30 for a 9.00 emergency appointment. At 66 years old i had to stand outside in the cold. They don't open at 8.30.

I know this doesn't happen to everyone, but I had a great ER experience. If you have a really bad infection and are willing to take the time. They will help you. I know pain sucks but hanging out for few hours is worth the the days of not being in pain.

Had to wait 3 months to be seen as a new patient, but the appointment was pleasant staff kind and both the hygienist and dentist thorough but considerate. My follow up for a procedure is booked in 5 months. They are severely over booked and dont have the facilities to handle that many patients...It is still frustrating waiting.

I've been a patient here for years and have had a fair amount of examinations and procedures. I think this place is pretty great, they take my insurance and can usually see me pretty quick. I've never had an issue with an attitude from the staff as some reviews have mentioned. I recently noticed a cracked tooth which ended up just being a filling that needed to be repaired. They were able to help me out, answer my questions and they were able to pencil me in to get seen sooner. I think most people get nervous at the dentist so I appreciate their understanding and patience. Dr. Mun was who I saw and he was great.

Dr. Haley did a great job but the reception is extremely rude and unhelpful, especially for non English speaking clients and provided no translation help

The mixed girl in the front rwfused to let me be seen even though i was early to my appinment i aaked to speak to the manager and said she is the manager even though i know she is not. I have been seen here for quite a few years ahe is not. Also i will no longer aee tgem and sincerly hope they get aued and close down

Don't waist cook your time, just like most crook dentist they take all these xrays and then schedule you for next year because they don't care you have a broken tooth with a open exposed cavity. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I had to change my rating to the very rude mixed woman. I didnt even get seen because i couldnt stand any more of her dis respect twords my daughter.

I always have anxiety when I'm taking my kids to the dentist, a new place especially! This place was awesome though. The dentists were nice. Malik was very accommodating. There was a little bit of a problem with the dental assistant though. She was very rude. She made a comment to the dentist about him "taking all them kids to the back". I was there with two of my kids both had appointments and I was holding my 2 year old nephew. Why would I leave any of my kids in the lobby? Why would I send any child of mine alone behind closed doors with a stranger? Malik was able to take control of the situation and help my children and I feel more comfortable.
