Dr. Chin is among five other residents in LifeLongs inaugural class who will graduate from the program next year. LifeLongs program was developed to fill a need to train highly skilled family medicine physicians to work in underserved outpatient medicine practices.
Dr. Chin took his DO degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and an MsMEd from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. His academic interests include medical education, preventative medicine, social determinants of health, and the role that culture plays in healthcare.

All the receptionists are cocky, arrogant and rude. It takes MONTHS to be able to get an appointment. WARNING, do not go here for dental care. They will drill holes in perfectly healthy teeth just to get money from the insurance! The person who takes the x-rays doesn't know how to take pictures on the left side so they say there are cavities between the teeth but it is only shadows because she doesn't know how to take x-rays. The Doctor drilled a HUGE hole in a perfectly healthy tooth because they wanted to get money from the insurance. They will drill dozens of holes in your teeth just for the money!

The staff was the best. They were really kind and patience with me. I chipped a little bit of my frontal tooth. The procedure they did was perfect. It feel like it's brand new. I even got a rose from them which made me feel special. When u go to this clinic it give u a welcome vibe. I use to hate going to the dentist, but I would definitely recommend them.

The staff was wonderful. Front desk, Xray tech, nurse and doctor. For an urgent care with a full waiting room, the wait seemed pretty normal. Dr. Carson was awesome. Thank you!
