Dr. Quinta graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.He was awarded honors on both National Dental Boards part 1 and 2 and was the recipient of the Quintessence Award for outstanding performance in clinical Periodontology. After graduation from dental school, Dr. Quinta went on to complete a three-year specialty program in periodontics at Tufts university Tufts Medical Center and is fully trained in non-surgical and surgical periodontics, advanced perio-prosthetics, implants, guided bone regeneration, and ridge augmentation. During residency, Dr. Quinta served as chief resident and has lectured at many venues including Yankee Dental Congress in Boston.
Dr. Quinta practiced in the downtown Boston area since his graduation in 2010 and then purchased the long-standing practice of Drs. Moini, Witzenberger and Associates in 2017. The practice was started in the 1950s and was the first periodontal office to be established in Springfield. Since acquiring the practice, Dr. Quinta has worked to update both Springfield and Hadley offices. The upgrades have helped to achieve cutting edge diagnostic capabilities and optimal patient care. Upgrades have included: Curve Hero cloud based electronic dental records, Plan Mecca Promax Ultra Low Dose CT scanners, Emerald Digital impressions and Adec dental chairs.
Outside of the office, Dr. Quinta enjoys cooking as well as many outdoor pursuits including hiking, skiing and traveling with his wife Talia and children Rowan and Oliver. Dr. Quinta also enjoys volunteering. His most recent trip was to Guatemala to provide dental care to one of the poorest communities.

Dr. Quinta is an amazingly talented surgeon. He loves what he does and has a lot of fun doing it, treating you to little improvisational raps as he points to an X-ray of my mouth and explains what he's going to do like an artist admiring his canvas. He and his staff have made it possible for me to have a full set of teeth in my mid 70's, no small accomplishment given where I started from. He's restored bone to those areas that needed it and placed implants in about 4 or 5 empty spaces in my mouth. In every case, the implants and crowns have remained solid and immovable. One might expect to feel pain and have swelling after undergoing implant surgery. But after Dr. Quinta inserted an implant in my lower jaw this week, I was pain and swelling free on the same day. I ascribe these outcomes to an extraordinarily high level of skill. Dr. Quinta is a master of his craft and I highly recommend him to anyone considering having implant surgery. John Haag

Dr Quinta and his staff and facilities are way beyond those considered the best!!! Dr Quinta's expressed knowledge in simple terms is so refreshing and comforting in all situations. His staff is extremely helpful, as well as accommodating and put the patient at ease. Treatment plans are well thought out and explained by Dr Quinta and staff along with pricing and financing options as necessary. I guess what impresses me the most is that everyone in the office is up front and explanatory about each procedure and plan to get it done. So a big shout out and THANKS to the Dr and staff for all the good things they do for their patients!!

Wonderful place and very nice staff! They made me feel so welcome and helped with my problem. I came in with gum pain and after a week of using their suggestion I was feeling better and now I can chew with out pain again! Thank you! I definitely recommend them!

Dr. Quinta and his professional staff are excellent at making you feel comfortable about dental implants and preparing you for what you can expect. My experience was wonderful with little to no pain or downtime. The office is well organized and the staff are friendly, well experienced, and courteous. My appointments were on time and my implant was successful- fully healing from the surgery in two weeks! Dr. Quinoa also performed a crown lengthening on an adjoining tooth to keep it viable at the same time as the implant and the appointment went smoothly and quickly. His work is excellent! I wouldn't hesitate to have another implant and I would highly recommend Dr. Quinta to anyone for a tooth implant- especially a first timer like me! Gratefully, Joan Paris

Dr. Quinta and his team are fabulous! I had to get two gum grafts back to back at a young age and they made me feel completely comfortable. They explained the whole process and made it super easy! They are always pleasant and excited to see you at follow up appointments.
