Dr. Quinta graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.He was awarded honors on both National Dental Boards part 1 and 2 and was the recipient of the Quintessence Award for outstanding performance in clinical Periodontology. After graduation from dental school, Dr. Quinta went on to complete a three-year specialty program in periodontics at Tufts university Tufts Medical Center and is fully trained in non-surgical and surgical periodontics, advanced perio-prosthetics, implants, guided bone regeneration, and ridge augmentation. During residency, Dr. Quinta served as chief resident and has lectured at many venues including Yankee Dental Congress in Boston.
Dr. Quinta practiced in the downtown Boston area since his graduation in 2010 and then purchased the long-standing practice of Drs. Moini, Witzenberger and Associates in 2017. The practice was started in the 1950s and was the first periodontal office to be established in Springfield. Since acquiring the practice, Dr. Quinta has worked to update both Springfield and Hadley offices. The upgrades have helped to achieve cutting edge diagnostic capabilities and optimal patient care. Upgrades have included: Curve Hero cloud based electronic dental records, Plan Mecca Promax Ultra Low Dose CT scanners, Emerald Digital impressions and Adec dental chairs.
Outside of the office, Dr. Quinta enjoys cooking as well as many outdoor pursuits including hiking, skiing and traveling with his wife Talia and children Rowan and Oliver. Dr. Quinta also enjoys volunteering. His most recent trip was to Guatemala to provide dental care to one of the poorest communities.

After bone graft more than a month, don't see anything get better, the space between teeth became more big than before , every time after eating, food always get stuck, feel so sad

Dr Quinta and his staff are both professional and personable. The atmosphere of the office is friendly, inviting and well versed in insurance and paperwork. Dr Quinta explained the gum graft procedure in detail, it's expectations and it's recovery time. The procedure itself was painless and very quick. Under his instructions I healed very well.

Dr. Quinta is an expertly skilled periodontist who addressed a protracted dental issue with an extraction and an implant. I felt very comfortable having these procedures with Dr.Quinta as he is extremely personable, patient, thorough and committed to providing excellence in treatment. This a professional, caring and considerate doctor. He and his assistants Nat and Cassandra are very efficient and work as a very thoughtful organized team to provide you with a pain free experience. All instructions are given in writing and Dr. Quinta gives his personal number for post op question or problems. My gum and extraction procedures went well. I recommend Dr Quinta very highly.

I want to highly recommend Dr. Anthony Quinta at Life Dental Specialities. I recently had Dr. Quinta extract a tooth and put an implant in place. First of all, I felt very safe in terms of Covid protocols. I was very nervous about the procedure, but everyone is his office is very kind and understanding. He is also very skilled. It's never fun having dental work, but the whole procedure was done in one hour. He explained everything he was doing. The only pain was a short amount getting the novacaine. I followed postop intructions carefully, and was able to text or call Dr. Quinta if I had a problem or a question. I found this very reassuring. I was really dreading this whole thing, but felt completely taken care of and with following their instructions I have had no problems. And I am sure if I did, they would fit me in and take care of it. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I am late in posting this review However, I would like to say that Dr. Quinta and his staff are top notch. I underwent an extraction and bone graft in January of 2020; due to the pandemic and a family illness I didn't have the implant until October. Discomfort was minimal and only for a day! Today I had the crown placed by my general dentist and it feels great. Dr. Quinta is extremely efficient, skilled and personable. I'm a dental hygienist so I speak from a point of professional knowledge as well as a patient.

Great experience, courteous and friendly staff Dr Quinta was patient and explained each step and was able to do the graft with minimal discomfort. I should have not waited so long. Could not be happier with the outcome!
