Dr. Meseimeris and his medical staff are five star. The reception staff is five star. Sadly, the woman (Patty) who is supposed to handle the insurance is inept. I paid in full for an implant May 12. My claim has repeatedly been denied because Patty is overwhelmed and refuses to send the required documentation. Patty just doesn't care that I am not reimbursed. The doctor and patients deserve better.

This morning I was anxious and a bit fearful coming into Dr. Mesimeris office for my dental procedure. I was quickly put at ease by his very kind and capable staff. The doctor diffused any anxiety I might have felt by his good natured and competent manner. The details and outcome were explicitly explained to me so I left feeling comfortable and confident. I would very assuredly recommend Dr. Mesimeris as my experience was only positive. Helen L

I found the practice to be very professional and kind. I had major dental work done and felt secure in this time of covid, and found everyone to be concerned with my well being and comfort. As good as it can get, given the circumstances - even better.

I had major surgery to try and save a tooth. I went for a pre-surgery consultation and was given an estimate for the surgery and a night guard. Together well below 2k.. the day I arrived for my surgery I was nervous, when I entered the waiting room the nurse who checked my in told me they were running late and I would have to wait in my car bc the waiting room only sat 3, fine, she took my cell and told me they would call. I waited 45 minutes before I got tired of waiting and went in to check on what was going on, I had tried to call from my car but was put on hold and no one picked up. Turned out whomever checked me in didn't tell anyone so they had no clue I was there. UGH. Talk about nerve wracking! Then I had the surgery, Mesimeris half way through told me I had the option to save it, I elected to try. I should have asked for the cost but wasn't really thinking clearly with my mouth full of dental instruments. So beware if this happens to you. When I was done they told me to come back in a few days as a follow up and then handed me a bill for over 3K, no dental guard. Since I don't have that kind of money being disabled, I had to charge it, they then sent me another bill for $100 bc they make you pay the fee from the credit card company. I was given a follow up for Feb 27, when I showed up she told me no it is March 27, when I showed up March 27th they were closed, when I called and again asked for a follow up with Mesimeris i was told the office should have called and told me they were closed. But took no responsibility for their lack of communication. I was given April 6, when I went it was with an associate not Mesimeris. The only time I saw him was when he gave me the consultation and the surgery despite my constant asking that my appointments be with him. I am less than happy with his office and while they were all pleasant I think people should be aware that efficiency is not always the case here and you could wind up with triple the bill you thought you'd have.

I just went for a tooth extraction today (for my front tooth) and was absolutely thrilled with Dr. Mesimeris and his staff. Everyone was friendly, and made me feel comfortable during an anxious period while I waited to have my tooth extracted. After the procedure was done, my temporary tooth (given to me by my main dentist) broke... this is my FRONT tooth. Dr. Mesimeris immediately got on the phone to call a lab and have another temporary made so I wouldn't be left toothless. I was incredibly stressed and he and his staff put me at ease, letting me know they would find a solution and take care of me. Then, he called me later tonight to check in and see how I was feeling. Would HIGHLY recommend this practice!

As a new patient, I have to say from the front desk to the exam room I had a great experience! The most professional and friendly staff!! They made me feel very comfortable during my treatment. Would definitely recommend your practice to my family and friends!

Dr. Mesimeris has a funny, kind approach to care and this immediately puts the most anxious patient at ease. The staff here is caring and professional. Would highly recommend
