Since 1910, the mission of the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio has been to provide primary oral health services for underserved children and adults in Northwest Ohio, to promote the value of good oral health through education, and to serve as an advocate for those with limited access to dental care.

NASTY, so unclean. There was a wad of hair on the dental chair when my son got taken back. Not set up for children yet they scheduled my child. The woman trying to take pictures of my sons teeth did not know how to work the equipment so she had to call someone in to show her, she still couldn't do it. They just called it quits. The hygienist only cleaned the top half of my sons mouth and then left the room. If I could give a zero star I would. Scheduling is literally impossible.

called to check if they were open because i heard they closed without letting clients know. i was constantly interrupted and she almost hung up on me without even letting me speak.i barely got out a full sentence and ended up cancelling my appointment because of this. i tried to inform her that i was still trying to speak and don't like to be interrupted and she said i was interrupting her....i was trying to finish speaking after she cut me off... others have told me not to go here but they are close. so if you want horrible service and attitude thrown at you for asking simple questions then go here

My son who is wheelchair bound, could not safely enter this place. I went in and asked if there was a handicapped entrance because I could not get my son in the front door. I was told no and no one seemed to care! A very pregnant woman in the waiting room helped me carry my sons wheelchair through the front door! Places of service like this need to specify In their advertisement that they can not accommodate a wheelchair. I was humiliated.

NIGHTMARE to schedule an appointment. All the numbers go to the Toledo office. Toledo REFUSES to schedule an appointment. Toledo says the Liberty Center office will answer everyday, which is not true after calling on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Adult cleaning was not done thoroughly. Only good thing is that the children are $25 each.
