First I want want to start off saying the women there are very friendly but the African American dentist was absolutely Unprofessional and didn't even speak and didn't let my son or me know what the procedures he was about to do to my son!!! He was such in a rush to get things done he chose to give my son shots in his gums, a 11 year old knowing how painful it is, with out even letting him know he was even going to do it and my son was in so much pain, he was so upset!!! And crying and the dentist didn't tell me or him what he was going to do and then looks at me like I was was wrong, if I knew you was going to do that I would have not go though with the fillings!! he is very unprofessional and he need to to talk to his patients and be friendly at least to the children! And then tells me that I need to slow down and read better when I'm signing the paper work!!! ya I heard that! There was other options you could have choose you decided to go the quick route and not say nothing!! And his teeth that you supposedly worked on don't even look like you did anything! So hopefully you need to slow down and be more kinder to the children!

It's was awesome. I was so scared but the staff was so kind and patient with me. They helped me through it and stayed with me till the last minute. The work took a long time. It was almost dark out but not one of them complained. My doctor was so swesome, I have had no bleeding and get this. NO PAIN. I can't even tell there was a took pulled as part of this process. And my nurse Megan was the best so sweet. And the sweet lady before her was so kind. You just can't get any better then Liberty Family Dental. Teresia Antee thank you!

Our appointments went really well but the scheduling portion has been a nightmare! They schedule us for appointments without talking to us and the scheduling service they use doesn't know there hours of operation. Trying to get ahold of the office itself is almost impossible. Not impressed.

Everybody was super nice my daughter was so nervous but the girls helped her to relax... Everything was great until the dentist came and basically told me that I was the worst. Not basically he literally told me that I was failing as a mother because I didn't make my daughter wash her teeth, and because I don't know her sleeping patterns (her lips were chapped) so he asked me if she licks her lips when she's asleep and I told him that I didn't know, he said well you're not doing your job as a mother every night you should check what she's doing as soon as she falls asleep I should go and put carmex every night, Do your job. "when I tell my children to do something they do it, you should do your job better tell them not to lick her lips every day until she stops, you're failing as a mother do a better job" He said it like 10 times. I was furious I wanted to say something but I didn't want my daughter to think that she did something wrong or that I'm fighting with an ignorant man because she didn't wash her teeth correctly or lick her lips. I just stayed quiet and nodded. I feel bad because I really thought I found something good all the girls were so nice my daughter was even laughing with them I was so happy and especially close to home but he just ruin it. I almost cried he make feel like I was the worst.

I totally recommend the Liberty Family Dental. The staff welcomes you as a friend even though it was my first visit. The dentist assistant was awesome. The dentist is in process of doing two new crowns on my front teeth and will update as soon as they arrive.

This is an AMAZING Dental office... the staff are very professional and polite.. Front desk Melanie and her ladies are soo patient and informative and fast with paperwork and appts .. Meghan, Kimmie and Madison are Super. The Dentist, Dr Andrew is one of the Best! Definitely will be back

I've been going here for a while now. Had some work other than a cleaning done today and the overall experience was amazing. Both the doctor and his assistants were friendly and the front end were great too! Megan really knew how to take care of you and make you feel comfortable! Kimmy would come in and check up on me while waiting. Great place!

I was so pleased with the service and hospitality here. Melani was so amazing, she helped me pick a treatment plan that works perfectly for me! More power to your elbow!

Very disappointed in this practice. Will never go back. Professionals don't lie to clients. I was told that mouth rinse had to be purchased at their office or under prescription. Bottle would be $50.00. Then I found exact same product over the counter at Walmart. No script needed and the product cost $60.00 for two bottles instead of one. This office is not to help clients it is just out to fleece the patient's pocketbook

Fair prices and sweet staff. I was very nervous at this last appointment but everyone made me feel comfortable once I got there. Love Sheri at the front! Such a sweetheart. The manager and assistants were nice too. I won't be changing dentists any time soon.

I just want to say THANK YOU to the staff there Megan and Madison were so sweet to me and they don't know how much that means to me If you are ever scared of going to the dentist I would really recommend going here, they are so friendly and nice.
