Hello everyone I haven't been to the dentist in 7 years shame on me but Rachel was my dentist and she was awesome and very friendly she does great work and is on point with her hands I felt no pain while she was working so I highly recommend this dental care to hanks again Rachel

The staff is fantastic. Dr Sam is great. He sat down with me for about 10min giving me different options on approaching the dental issues I have. Went in because another dentist I went to said I had an 2 abscess teeth and either need to be pulled or root canals. When I went to Dr. Sam they looked at the x-rays the other dentist took and said there's no real sign of abscess. We didn't do any extraction or root canal! He told it would definitely need a root canal sometime in the future but for now cut out anything with added sugar. It's been tough but I listened and haven't had much tooth pain since! Lady in the office got me in next day. They go above and beyond for your needs. Feel like the bad reviews are coming from people with demands and most of us all know you can't make demands with doctors. They will only treat you with what they feel is right. Dr. Sam is a smart man and did what was right for me and my situation. He is now my forever dentist! Him sitting down with me for 10min showed me how personal he is and actually cares instead of all the dentist I've gone to in the past where they are just there to do there job. This level of care from this facility won me over. Thank you liberty dental arts! Keep up the great work!

I'm just commenting on the commercial. The plastic lady gives us a good laugh every time we see it. You might want to think about having someone a little bit more realistic looking representing a client in the commercial.

This place its all about money they dont give you options they just said you need to do this or that the expensive way they dont even try referalls or something else like my case they make me made a loan for almost $3,000 and guest what my case was esencial and plans do cover my surgery but them dont even try to do the referall or send the predetermination papers and sharon the office manager way rude person and so discriminated with People that doesnt speak english and also said no one above her so this place its okay but the personal not to good at all the only good one was the guy who did the cleaning

UPDATED 6/21/2022: LDA told me I'd need 12 cavities filled as my mouth was full of them = FACT. I felt like I couldn't of had that many, I'd have to had felt at least one = MY OPINION. I visited two separate dentist practices, who both had a look at the X-rays taken at LDA. Both told me there were no cavities in my mouth = FACT. This was confirmed with an actual oral exam. No words. Updated 5/1/2022 Your entire response has been nothing but an exaggeration of what I stated, I'd never argue antibiotics, but you also violated HIPAA.

Horrible service , they r very disorganized and don't know nothing. They said I couldn't get an appointment until they receive all my info so I sent it all in and I was finally able to get an appointment 3 weeks later. Once I got there they told me they never heard of my insurance and wasn't sure if it will be covered after I gave them all the info over the phone. Once they called my insurance they found out it's pays 100%. Then they lost all my info I sent them and my appt was at 3 and I was waiting until 345 and decided to leave because that's way to long to wait and a lady stormed out saying she has been waiting since 130 to be seen. The dentist was walking around talking to a man he was training as if he didn't have anyone waiting on him. FYI go somewhere else if ur looking for on time service and knowledgeable service. I wouldn't even let me clean my teeth because they r so disorganized and they didn't even know why I was there.

Excellent first visit! Receptionist very kind courteous. Hygienist very gentle, patient and informative. Dr. Sam took quality time to discuss options for optimal dental care. So glad I discovered Liberty Dental Arts for my new dentist.

SUPER FRIENDLY AND MELLOW STAFF. I suffer from Anxiety and hadn't been to the dentist in probably 5 years because I was scared of bad news. The hygenetist and doctor we're EXTREMELY mellow and friendly , which helped put me at ease. My teeth were not nearly as bad as I thought. I'm happy to recommend, and ill definitely be coming back to my new Dentist. Derek

Today was my first dental visit in 6 years to a dentist. I was very nervous and I almost cancelled ! I am sooooo glad I didn't cancel and I ended up going, the staff are extremely nice, very gentle & the office is clean as a whistle ! Thank you for the great experience I will definitely recommend this office to others ! Be back in 6 months :)

I could not be happier with this dental office. From the receptionists to the techs to the doctor, they have been more than accommodating and responsive. Even when I forgot my appt time the night before, they emailed me a response at 7:30 pm. They are so pleasant and everyone there wants you to be calm and happy and does their best to make that happen, even when you have anxiety. Special thanks to Natalie who sat and talked with me and took my mind off things and eased my fears. Doctor Sam was great and this was so much more painless than I imagined. The office is clean, welcoming and caring.
