In a day and age where customer service and friendliness are at an all time low, there is a place that renews my faith in both these attributes. Most people don't think of the dentist as a place where you can have a position and uplifting experience but at LCDC this is definitely the case. From the time you enter the front door and are greeted by the smiling helpful staff, to the amazing hygienist that's kind and personable, to Dr Snell who has the ability to make you feel like family, these people are second to none!

All staff at LCDC have been incredibly helpful and accommodating during a stressful dental situation. Dr. Snell has a great chairside manner, and explains treatment so it's easy to understand.

I found Dr. Snell and his team soon after he opened the office at Liberty Center. I am extremely picky in regard to doctors and dentists, and I'm happy to say this is a great dental practice. The office is very nice, and the entire staff is professional and thorough. Coming from someone who searched high and low for an excellent dentist at a fair price, I highly recommend Dr. Snell and his Liberty Center Team. 5 stars!

All I can say is that my husband and I are very thankful we found this place. From the front office- Amanda & Missy, to the back crew, just amazing and accommodating. Dr. Snell is simply awesome. Listens to concerns, fears and he addresses them with clarity. His sense of humor makes you feel less anxious. Speaking of anxious, thankful that y'all provide nitrous oxide in times of distress! :)

Dr. Snell and the Liberty Dental Care team are the best!! I haven't remained with one dentist for this many years in my life. I am never disappointed with the care and service provided. The office is in an ideal location and extremely modern.

I have a fairly severe phobia to dentists. Had not been in over a decade. I needed try friends and a filling with a full deep pocket cleaning. I chose Twilight sedation best decision of my life! Wonderful work!! Very kind and friendly staff! I'd give 5 stars but the only complaint I had was communication for the pricing. But in the end they had it corrected.

I've been a patient for several years now and after moving out of the area ,travel an hour to still come here. Dr. Snell and his staff are awesome. I actually look forward to my cleanings, lol. I had an implant done and was very anxious. They put my mind at ease and walked me through every step. Looks and feels great !

They recemint a crown for me and they assured me that it should last 2 to 3 days until I get it done somewhere Else where I can afford because they are really expensive and I paid $133 before he put the crown back for me as soon as I left they're office the crown came off I talked to the doctor he said we won't refund ur money and it is what it is huh

I can't say how much I love this dental office! From reception to treatment everyone is so welcoming and kind. I had the pleasure of being seen by Wendy, Brittany, and Sam, all guiding me through the pre and post procedure work, they are amazing! Dr. Snell is phenomenal; his funny, yet calming personality works wonders to ease any anxiety you might have, talking you right through the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Snell and his team to ensure your smile stays beautiful.

Let me start off by saying I generally loathe coming to the dentist. I get really bad anxiety, it can be expensive, and I've never found one I particularly like. That was until I started coming to Liberty Center Dental Care and Dr. Snell. I have been coming to Liberty Center Dental Care for about 7 years now and I love it. The office is super modern and nice, always clean and comfortable. But what makes this place truly special is the people. Dr. Snell, Amanda, and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond to take care of me so many times. They've called in antibiotics promptly to take care of an infection, when my insurance got turned down randomly they worked with me to make sure I didn't pay more that what I normally would have, and they have gotten me in last minute so I could stop being in pain. I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist, so the fact I can do the conscious sedation (gas and anti anxiety meds) there is great, and they are super reasonable on pricing - one time an appointment took longer than they thought (because my teeth were in worse shape than they thought unfortunately) and instead of billing me a second time for the sedation they were gracious enough to cover the cost. It's things like that that make you feel taken care of as a person and not just a number. I honestly can't find a bad thing to say about LCDC other than I wish it was closer, but I will happily drive 45min because no where else would I feel as comfortable and taken care of as I do with Dr. Snell, and the rest of the team at Liberty Center Dental Care!

Never thought I'd say this but I love the dentist! Dr. Snell and his team is wonderful they make you feel at ease and fills you with euphoria. They are easy to talk to and you don't have to worry too much about being professional. Even if you aren't much of a talker there will never be that awkward silence while they are working on your teeth. Even if you don't talk to them they still make you feel relaxed and not awkward. Also, they don't judge you one bit so no need to feel self-conscious about your teeth with them, which I know can be a problem for many people. 12/10 definitely recommend coming here!

I would like to recommend Liberty Dental Center... I have put off my dental health for years due to anxiety and panic attacks. Unfortunately, I had to have a root canal. I informed Dr Snell and his staff of my dental anxiety. They were extremely understanding and made me feel at ease. Dr Snell mentioned the numbing shot would be the worst part... so I was trying to prepare myself mentally. I closed my eyes and kept waiting for the shot to be over with... he had given me the shot and I didn't even know it... it was painless!!! Needless to say the rest of my procedure went very smoothly. I am so glad I had it done! This was the absolute BEST dental experience of my life!! My family is so proud of me... they can't believe I've finally found a dental office that I can visit without passing out Jessica was very professional and made it so easy! Dr Snell and her make a great team!!

In every way I can think of, Dr. Snell, his staff and office are fantastic! I needed an emergency visit. They worked me in. 2 hours later, I was back to work as a health care provider. Karly, Jessica, Natalie & Dr. Snell, the best dentist I've seen in 56 years, took great care of me! Simply put-I am extremely grateful for their great care & treatment!

I've been with Liberty Center Dental around 1-1/2 years and within that time I've had a total of six crowns--one was a messed up crown from a previous dentist. I've found the office and staff are up-to-date with the latest equipment and procedures at a price that is certainly not above the average. I've paid as much for crowns in other offices not anywhere near up-t0-date. Dr. Snell is really great making sure that you are well taken care of and spends the necessary time with me. I can say all the staff make you feel right at home. I've had so many crowns it feels like a 2nd home! The front desk is as important as the dental care, I've found, and the office manager knows insurance. I do not have any problems being overcharged or big surprises--that makes me happy.

Dr Snell and his team are awsome !! They explain everything up front and go out of their way to make sure your happy..I highly recommend them..
