Impossible to get an appointment, have been calling first thing in the morning for 6 months straight and they're always "full" for appointment even when I'm talking to the receptionist before they open at 8:30.

My 7-year old needed a complex repair. As a critical care RN, I get concerned for the safety of sedation practices in dental offices. The staff did everything right; they timed their analgesics and sedation properly prior to interventions, and continually made sure she was following instructions appropriately. They downgraded one treatment based on their assessment, which I appreciate because that helps me know they are trying to do what is right/safe vs. what will make them more money. We went out-of-network for this board-certified provider and it was the right decision. Would recommend.

Dr Drechsel and the entire staff were amazing, very kind, and made it fun for my daughter. I love how the office is decorated like a ship, and my daughter thought the cleaning tools were fun, because they were pink.

Take my son here for all his dental needs. No kid likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Drechsel is pleasant, fast, and knows her stuff. She is the only one I would trust with my kids mouth!

My kids go to the same school as Dr Drechsel's kids. Not only is she an awesome dentist, they are also an amazing family. I love that she is my kid's dentist. I highly recommend this dentist and staff, you cannot find better.

Horrible. Super condescending. Made financial assumptions about my family and I when I requested to pay out of pocket for white fillings. Made parenting commentary that was unfounded, unrelated, and from a place of absolute ignorance. Overall the 10 minutes she was in the room with us making brash assumptions was nothing short of infuriating. My husband was in the room with us trying to ask questions about the treatment plan as well, he was ignored and she wouldn't even make eye contact with him. How invalidating for the other parent huh? Her treatment plan was extremely invasive for a two year old. She was impatient with our toddler and made him cry.

I take my kids here. They are great. I love their pirate ship front desk. Friendly staff and office manager. Great with kids.

I have never been to a more professional dentist's office. The waiting area is an incredible adventure for any child's mind, adults alike. So friendly!

Where do I even begin, staff and office manager are so catty! I very clearly stated I could not come in Wednesday, that I would call on a morning I could. So Savannah put me in for Wednesday as a work in for the morning not even an exact time, after I said Wednesdays are a no go, and my son was dropped as a patient as a result. As you could imagine I was pretty irritated when I found out and was not very nice. The office manager more or less told me she would never believe my word over the receptionist, and I would need a referral for my son. I got the referral no problem because most dentists don't like to work on children who are not sedated, especially under 8, and then Valerie called me and left a voicemail about the referral. Between that voicemail and when I called back someone must have said oh we cant see them, because when I called back thats what they said. How immature can you get? It's the only pediatric dentist in the whole county. They then proceeded to put notes on my sons file that said things such as I didnt want anaesthesia for my son (which is a complete lie, who in their right mind would not want anaesthesia unless they were severely allergic) I found out from other dentists. It's good to know that an entire office of grown women can act this way and get away with lying. Record every conversation you have with these people especially if its regarding scheduling.

I would recommend this office to anyone with children! The environment is very warm and welcoming. (My kids LOVE the pirate ship) The staff is amazing and has been great with both my kids!

Dr Drechsel is extremely honest, kind, and practices with integrity . Staff was very kind when I was in there yesterday and passionate about making clients happy. I would highly recommend to family and friends .
