Honestly, I've never had a better experience at a dentist. They're very concerned about your pain and do their jobs well and quickly. And on top of that they take DentaQuest which is almost impossible to find a provider for. Overall, I think their practice is fantastic. Edit: It's not always their fault with authorizations; they only give referrals. You have to go to an oral surgeon for an evaluation and then then have to get an authorization from the insurance, usually DentaQuest or some Medicaid-related insurance, which is literally horrible. Also, totally not affiliated with them, but the oral surgeon tried 3 times to get my wisdom tooth extractions (4) approved, but only two that weren't causing me pain were approved. It's been 2 years since then and my teeth are crooked and messed-up because of it. If the insurance says no despite clear evidence on x-ray, three times, and the doctor gets tired of submitting information, what am I going to do? It's a waste of their time and they're not getting paid for submitted forms. I get it - but my teeth would not be needing 24/7 braces right now, if they'd have done it then. The insurance companies are evil - managed care is just a pretty word for "we don't want to spend too much money on you - you're not that important".

Well, I've been there several times. My very first appt was with a female dentist. She was good and thorough. I'd say my experience was good at my first appt. the following appts were quick but the wait time was very long. I had a male dentist for all my follow up visits and I felt rushed each time. I wanted to discuss some concerns I had but he didn't exactly give me a chance to speak. Just recently I started having an issue with my crown. I contacted the office and I understand that due to this pandemic, the dentists aren't seeing patients which is totally fine. However, I left a message at the office line because that's what the voicemail asked to do and that someone would call back. No one called back. There was an emergency phone number which I didn't want to call and bother them because it wasn't an emergency. But the following day I decided to call just to see if there was anything I can do on my own. Called twice, no one picked up and I didn't want to leave a very long voicemail so I texted the number instead. I was told that antibiotics were going to get called in for a possible infection. I provided them with my info as well as CVS phone #. I followed up with my pharmacy the next day. They didn't have anything for me. Texted the number again and was told that the dentist did call it in. Called CVS again the next day because I didn't want to keep texting and bothering whoever is in charge of relaying the messages. Nothing again. I texted this time asking if they needed a different pharmacy. He/she mentioned that CVS does not accept phone prescriptions which seemed odd but I provided this person with Walmart's phone #. I called Walmart two days later. They did not have anything for me either. At this point I'm pretty frustrated and will not be using them again.

Worst dentist ever! They over book their patients and make you wait almost an hr to be seen and then they rush you.

don't go here... dirty office, they took 3 weeks to send my insurance company my xrays.they told me I needed a root canal,I went to the endodontist to get a second opinion. I did not need a root canal. it was a wisdom tooth causing the pain...they were ready to perform a root canal on a tooth that didn't need it..

Worst dentist ever. Took this guy over 8 months to do my husband's teeth. Still didn't finish the work and our insurance eventually ran out. My husbands tooth fell out twice after this dentist fixed it. The first time he fixed it again and the 2nd time our insurance ran out and now my husband is walking around with no tooth in the front of his mouth because of this quack dentist. If he did a good job to begin with his tooth wouldn't keep falling out.

Like the other review said, don't go here unless you have absolutley no choice. I can't speak on the work they do as I haven't had anything done there but I went in for a consultation because I am suffering from severe pain in my mouth. They saw me, gave me x rays & told me I needed 2 route canals, then proceeded to tell me it will take 3-4 weeks to schedule the procedure because they have to mail a estimate to my insurance. I explained that I am in terrible pain & asked if there was anyway to speed up the process as I have full dental coverage through my job. The receptionist proceeded to tell me there wasn't & that that's why they are prescribing me antibiotics (with a bit of an attitude & as if that was going to help me). Goes without saying I found another dentist which were way more friendly & understanding.
