The experience my three kids had was horrible firstable the dentist used her hand to pinch and pull their cheek I thought they had a mirror for tha!!!! While having the mirror in there mouth ??!!! I'm so confused was it necessary? Don't get it, they all came out telling me mom she was so mean and rude after my oldest started talking my youngest 2 also and they all said the same story of how rude she was, and when they were trying to tell her it was hurting then she started being rude! Also my kids look so Hispanic I don't understand how she dare talk about them like they weren't gonna understand!!!! I feel so guilty cause I should of fought to go in with them but this will NOT stay like this I will never recommend this place to anyone, last but not least she never even introduce Herself to me she could of came out like many dentist that see underage kids do! She HAD A TREATMENT PLAN AND GAVE IT TO HER FRONT DESK TO PRESENTED TO ME, I never saw her that should of been a hint . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could rate this practice a 0 I would!

Es una menor de edad y como tal necesita que un adulto la acompane y autorice cualquier procedimiento. En el consultorio dicen que no tienen espacio para que los padres entren con sus hijos , en base a esto no deberian atender a ninos si no tienen el ambiente adecuado para esto , ya que estan creando un ambiente hostil para los ninos y causando una mala experiencia para ellos . Ademas se ve claramente que tienen una GRAN DESORGANIZACION para las citas medicas , ya que la Segunda vez que vinimos nos hicieron perder la manana ya que 1 hora despues me informan que no la pueden atender y que hay que esperar para despues porque segun hay que volver hacer placas pero que el seguro no las va a Cubrir sino hasta 3 meses mas . La cita la habia pedido hace 1 mes atras , acaso no tuvieron oportunidad de hacer las cosas bien y no hacerme perder mi tiempo y la excusa que dan es "" es que tenemos muchos pacientes " .. yo les doy 0 estrellas en los Reviews
