After receiving a B.S. from Norwich University (Military College of Vermont), Dr. Cusanello earned his D.M.D. atTufts University School of Dental Medicine. He then completed an extensive post-doctoral program in Prosthodontics at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Dr. Cusanello is a former clinical instructor at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine in the Prosthodonticsdepartment. Dr. Cusanello is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American College of Prosthodontics. In his free time, Dr. Cusanello enjoys golfing and fishing.

Very friendly people including front desk, assistants, and Dr. C himself. Easy to schedule and even squeezed me in for a same-day appointment. Dr. C is very experienced and gives good advice for patient's benefits.

I am elated that I made the switch to Dr. David Cusanello at Lexington Prothodontics. Dr. Cusanello and his entire staff makes one feel at ease and comfortable while in "the chair" and while being "worked on ". I have had major dental work over my lifetime. When I had an upper bridge fall out, Dr. C was highly recommended to me from a retiring previous dentist. His words were that Dr. Cusanello would be the best dental specialist who could do the extensive repair work. In addition he would be able to fill cavities that I had adjacent to the bridge on both upper left and right molars. I am not a fan of going to dentists albeit having extensive work performed. Every step of the way from proposed treatment plan, a schematic of teeth involved, and cost the process was fully explained in detail. While being worked upon Dr. Cusanello and his assistants throughout the procedures made sure to check in with me as to how I was doing; if I was feeling any discomfort, or explaining the next step. If there were difficulties with the positioning of x-rays, that too was explained. For the fair-of-heart at going for dental work, I highly recommend Lexington Prothodontics .

Love all my friends at Lexington Prosthodontics! I've been with Dr C and his team for 15 + years. They are all excellent...every time. They go above and beyond...blood pressure, internal and external oral exam, excellent preventative dental care. When I've needed work, exceptional work every time. When I went for my initial visit at Lexington Prostodontics I could not have been happier! Everyone in the office is so friendly from the people at the front desk to the dental assistant and of course Dr. Cusanello. I was made to feel very comfortable there!! I got a plan to start fixing my teeth and am looking forward to going back! That in itself says alot!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Dr. Cusanello is detail-oriented and takes time to explain procedures. This time he even drew a sketch to show what had happened to my tooth because he knew I wasn't able to see it for myself. All the staff, including Dr. Cusanello, are extremely courteous and attentive.
