The WORST! I used them once for an emergency chipped tooth. I allowed them to take my debit card number and instructed them on a specific date to apply the charge, however, the bookkeeper charged my debit card on the wrong date. I had instructions to the the bookkeeper to debit my card on a Thursday. She even wrote it on a post it to herself!! But she took the liberty of not following my instructions and when I called to address her error, she took NO responsibility and was rude and arrogant on the phone with me. No apology and blamed ME!! Then about 2 weeks later I get a Narcissistic letter from Dr Korn dismissing me from the practice because of MY Poor communication. Stay away from this practice as the lack of ownership for accounting errors is apparent!!

My kids has been going to this practice since they were 1 year old. Now they're 14, 10 and I also started coming here. This practice is very clean. Everyone is amazing, so kind and very professional .They have become like family and seen my kids now up with every appointment. I never had to wait for hours to be seen. When it came to making appointments they are easy to get a hold of. I never had to experience being on hold for long periods of time. I never had to wait weeks to schedule and reschedule an appointment. Beware that no matter how many years you have been with the practice. If you missed and rescheduled you appointment within a long period of time you will be dismissed from the practice. So every appt. missed/reschedule from your 1st appointment to no is counted. In the 14+ years that we have been coming here all missed/rescheduled appointments were added up over the years. Until we were dismissed from the practice. Regarding personal issue or weather related issues that prevented us from making it to an appt. It seem that rescheduling and making it to our next appt. didn't matter. Its was very sad to hear the news and my kids were devastated.They really enjoyed going to this dentist.The kid really like the staff, were vey comfortable with everyone and trusted them. It has been very hard looking fo another dentist now and the kids wants to go back. With all of this, I would recommend this place to others. You will not be disappointed. This place cares about their patients, especially kids and kids with special needs. Thank you for treating my kids and being awesome.

I am one of those who patients who doesn't give reviews. Recently when I was searching for a dermatologist it was reviews that I looked at to help with my decision. That's when I realized just how important they can be for others. Having said this, I rate my review of the dental practice of Dr. Korn as five stars. He along with hygienist Sumaia exemplify what it means to have superior dental care. I neglected my teeth for far too long and did myself a disservice. With the professional care of Dr. Korn and staff I am slowly coming around to realize how important dental care is to my overall health. They have their work cut-out with me, but I couldn't ask for more patient, understanding and caring dental professionals. Thank you.

Dr Korn and the hygienist, and the office manager are representative of what excellent oral care and consumer service should be. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and compassion are impressive. If you are looking for a dentist, you just found one!

I don't know if it's possible to convey just how wonderful this dental practice is. Every single staff member from the second you arrive is incredibly welcoming, warm, caring, and skilled. Following the retirement of my former dentist of 25 years I was hesitant to try to find someone that I could trust and felt comfortable with. I've found that and more. I'm simply amazed by Lexington Dental. It's a small practice led by Dr. Jonathan Korn, selectively staffed with some of the best hygienists, technicians, and administrative staff I have ever met. It's housed in a beautiful antique house and complete with the state of the art technology you only expect to find at the fancy practices that are focused on making money. Since finding this practice I have had a cleaning, numerous cavities filled, crowns fixed, and more. I was so impressed I recommended my wife use the practice and she shared the same exceptionally positive experience I had. What makes the practice truly special is the fact that they know my name, my wife's name, my daughters name, and care about me as a person. This is an old fashioned practice with state of the art technology that makes going to the dentist a pleasure.

Had a great experience, very thorough and professional. Had a cleaning and fill ins that had to be done. I was impressed with their work. Also appreciate a dentist and staff who aren't pushy.

Coming here is always great. I have a few dentist before this one that I was not to fond of that's why I was so happy to fine this place. The staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable.

Recently, I was confronted with a cracked tooth, which was causing me excoriation pain .Dr Korn - despite a very busy schedule - was able to meet me that morning, do an examination and issue a diagnosis that was spot on. His office was then able to get me an appointment the same day with a specialist who was able to resolve the problem. I recommend the Dr. Korn and the entire office at Lexington Dental Associates without reservation .

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and friendly and Dr. Korn was very gentle with my teeth. One thing that concerned me was one of the employees looked rather very exhausted and was running around everywhere. Might seem as if there is unfair employee treatment. But, highly recommend this place for everyone if the want shining white teeth.

I went here a few years ago . I had to go to another dentist to fix all the damage they did to my teeth. Bad experience will never go there again.

Jonathan Korn DMD General Dentistry is a very thorough gentle dental practice. They are showing me a way to get my teeth back in shape. The staff are great and helpful. Thanks!
