After earning her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, she went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1999. Then, it was off to Chicago where she completed her general practice residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. While there she worked as a general dentist in private practice for two years. Yet, Dr. Lewis wanted to know more. So, she continued her education and earned her Master of Science in orthodontics from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004. And before moving back to Oklahoma, she worked as a private-practice orthodontist in Richmond, Virginia.
To say that Dr. Lewis, a board-certified orthodontist in the Oklahoma City area, is seriously dedicated to continuing her education in all forms of patient care, would be an understatement. As the leader of the local Spear Study Club, which focuses on all the latest techniques, materials and aesthetic changes in dentistry, Dr. Lewis is constantly researching and learning in order to ensure shes always providing the best and fastest treatment for her patients.
Dr. Lewis and her husband have three children: two daughters, Allison and Macy, and a son, Garrett. In her free time, Dr. Lewis enjoys golfing, going for walks, working out, reading, and traveling with her family. In her spare time, Dr. Lewis serves with her husband on the national Young Life Alumni and Friends advisory team.
I joined Lewis Orthodontics November of 2018 and am new to Orthodontics. I spent most of my career with Marriott International in various management roles; always striving to develop teams that provided the highest levels of customer service.
