When it comes to knowing her stuff, Dr. Lewis is one of the best. After earning her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, she went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1999. Then, it was off to Chicago where she completed her general practice residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. While there she worked as a general dentist in private practice for two years. Yet, Dr. Lewis wanted to know more. So, she continued her education and earned her Master of Science in orthodontics from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004. And before moving back to Oklahoma, she worked as a private-practice orthodontist in Richmond, Virginia.
To say that Dr. Lewis, a board-certified orthodontist in the Oklahoma City area, is seriously dedicated to continuing her education in all forms of patient care, would be an understatement. As the leader of the local Spear Study Club, which focuses on all the latest techniques, materials and aesthetic changes in dentistry, Dr. Lewis is constantly researching and learning in order to ensure shes always providing the best and fastest treatment for her patients.
Dr. Lewis and her husband have three children: two daughters, Allison and Macy, and a son, Garrett. In her free time, Dr. Lewis enjoys golfing, going for walks, working out, reading, and traveling with her family. In her spare time, Dr. Lewis serves with her husband on the national Young Life Alumni and Friends advisory team.
I joined Lewis Orthodontics November of 2018 and am new to Orthodontics. I spent most of my career with Marriott International in various management roles; always striving to develop teams that provided the highest levels of customer service. My role at Lewis Orthodontics is to help Dr. Lewis focus on delivering the best patient care by ensuring the business aspects are efficient and focused on giving you our best each visit.

Orthodontic care can be expensive. We offer affordable payment plans designed to work with your budget. Not only that, we also accept all major credit cards and debit cards, too. Sadly, we do not accept magic tricks or hot air balloon rides in exchange for treatment.
The palatal expander expands (or widens) your upper jaw by putting gentle pressure on your upper molars each time an adjustment is made. The animation below will instruct you about when and how to adjust your expander. When you achieve the desired expansion, you will wear the appliance for several months to solidify the expansion and to prevent regression.

Warm and inviting as well as very knowledgeable, customer service was beyond amazing and l was especially tickled when l walked in the door and saw a blackboard with my name on it along with a welcome greeting from that moment l knew l made the right decision by choosing Lewis Orthodontics the personalized service made me know that they truly cared and wanted me to feel comfortable and confident!

We love Dr. Lewis and her staff. My son has seen her for two sets of braces, multiple appliances and a ton of mouth work. She has been fantastic through it all. We highly recommend her and her practice!

When I was shopping around for orthodontists Lewis came highly recommended. They made our experience very pleasant and easy. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Now for the reason I am giving 3 stars. When I did the consult we had an estimate of the cost. After a few weeks the estimate changed a bit and we decided to pay in full. Now here I am 11 months later and they are billing me for $500. Instead of eating that cost due to their own mistake I am now stuck paying because I literally have no other option. They assumed insurance would cover the full share and now that they haven't they are coming at me for the rest when all they had to do was confirm with insurance prior to providing the end cost. I am highly disappointed with that aspect of this whole process. ETA: I am fully aware of my policy and benefits. These were discussed with the woman who did my daughters consult. We were given the estimate and made our first appointment for a few weeks later. At the first appointment the final bill was given which I paid in full. I already contacted the office and was fed the same excuses as this response. I dont want anymore excuses, you are still going to get paid. I am just angry that 11 months later im getting hit with an extra $500 that could have been paid 11 months ago.

The staff and Dr Lewis are all absolutely amazing, I have been uncomfortable with my teeth for so long to where I was embarrassed to even go to the dentist, they all made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me.

I had my braces consultation to Dr. Lewis.. she is very helpful and listen to my concerns. And answered my questions I highly recommend this place if you need braces. Definitely one of the best affordable place you'll ever find around the city. You won't regret it. Check it out guys.
