Dr Elson received his undergraduate degree in 1978 from the George Washington University. Dr. Elson then attended Howard University College of Dentistry graduating in 1982. Following his dental school graduation, he completed an intensive general practice residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital and the Jewish Institute for Geriatric Care (Parker Pavilion). He has been on their staff and helped train residents while completing their residencies.Dr. Elson lectures extensively to his peers on Digital Impression and impression technique. He is a member of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics, (ASDA), where he is one of the few dentists in the New York Metro area who has achieved both Diplomate and Fellowship Status in dental aesthetics. For 7+ years the annual evaluationbyPulse Magazine and Newsday for area Dentists, constantly rates Dr. Elson as one of demographics Best Dentist.
Dr. Elson has completed extensive post graduate courses in cosmetic, adhesive, implant and prosthetic dentistry. He is a member of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics, (ASDA), Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Nassau County Dental Society.
