I highly recommend Dr. Turney and his staff for all your dental concerns. Whole team Is top notch. Always pleased with the level of care.

Hopeful that I might get to eat "normal food" again.....when the dentist said there was Covid money available for partial plates.....I thought I would have a normal mouth again and not only improve my appearance but also improve my nutrition by being able to eat solid foods again. The plates do not fit and I called for an appointment to do something about the top plate rocking back and forth, the pinching of my cheeks inside my mouth to the point of bleeding, the open wound from the extraction of the dead tooth in the front of my mouth, the bone sticking out from my top jaw bone and the fact that I can't stop gagging because the top appliance sits so far from the roof of my mouth....that my tongue cannot sit in its natural position. If I had not called them to get the plates looked at....I don't think I would have ever heard from this dentist office again. I left with the plates in even worse condition than when I went in. They REALLY didn't fit after that visit. Chewing food....an impossibly. This is what I get for my Soonercare dental care. Now I talk with a lisp and I have a crater in the front of my mouth where that tooth used to be. Sticking out the front of that crater is a piece of bone that pokes into my top lip. This is what occurs when a dentists office is more interested in federal funding than the patients health. The four teeth on top should have been pulled and a full plate made. Now I get to live with no smile. No solid food either. The worst thing is.....that was my chance.....now it's gone. All I have is two pieces of worthless plastic. It speaks volumes when a dentist is more interested in the federal money than the patient. I would not recommend this dental office for anything other than an extraction. The plates they handed me.....that they got paid a ridiculous amount of money for....do not fit my mouth. This photo is what I am now stuck with because Sooner care will not assist me in getting actual plates that fit. They bought this smile. They won't pay for another one. Sub standard dental care. In fact I would call it "no standard of dental care". I should have been given a full plate for the top....but there's no Covid funding for that. Now I have to live with this slop.

Judging from the reviews about complaints on dental work under this program.....I see I'm not the only SoonerCare patient that is being taken advantage of in Oklahoma. This is what occurs when the desire to capture federal funding takes precedence over the medical needs of a patient. The four teeth on top should have been pulled and a full plate made. Dr. Tourney's staff is friendly, answered all questions I asked and performed a non painful teeth cleaning. Great experience

First, I don't do dentists unless absolutely necessary due to some prior experiences that were painful and less than satisfactory. I heard about Dr. Turney and his gentle touch from friends and relatives, so when the next tooth problem came, I went directly to him. So glad I did. The staff is exceptionally courteous, polite and cheerful. Dr. Turney is laid back and very calming. He makes me feel totally relaxed and he gives a numbing shot that I never feel. I have been very pleased with his dentistry skills and am a forever patient now.

The receptionist are terrible people and terrible at their job. My wife made an appointment a month ago and made sure to schedule it for Friday, she called to confirm her appointment on Wednesday (she thought it was Thursday when she called) she misspoke and said tomorrow (she meant Friday) well they changed it and when she called Thursday to change her appointment because her father is hospitalized from stage 4 cancer and she now doesn't have a ride (I work) , they informed her they had her down for Thursday. And won't let her reschedule another appointment. It was their mistake she has had Friday written down for over a month. Monsters won't ever go back. He even kept pulling different teeth to stop an infection and couldn't find the right one probably pulled countless teeth for no reason. Terrible customer service and over priced.

Worst dentist I've ever seen Dr Turney is such a quack and not only did he not fix the problem it's worse now then before going to him and he absolutely will not fix it to make things right but he will definitely over charge you and charge you for stuff he didn't even do hope he gets shut down so unprofessional wouldn't let the man work on my pets he should have his dental license revoked

I have gone to this dentist several times and I had the same tooth worked on several times and they finally decided to do a root canal on the tooth and it still hurt after and I told them and they did a different filling in it and it still hurt so I called them again and they said it only needed a crown so I went in to get a crown and they gave me a filling in the tooth next to it and the dentist stormed off right after the filling because I was flinching the entire time, I don't think they let it numb enough. Then I left the dentist office and got a call saying that I am too difficult of a patient and dr turney will not be seeing me anymore and he won't accept me as a patient. I finally went to another dentist and they informed me that my root canal was improperly done and the root canal needs to be completely redone. This dentist is awful and the way he handles patients is awful. Refusing to see me as a patient over his mistakes is so unprofessional and wrong.

Dr. Turney and his staff set the standard for professionalism. Everyone was so kind and accomodating even though I was running way behind and was 30 mins late for a 4pm appointment. Other offices would have rescheduled me but Dr. Turney's staff really cared that I needed a chipped tooth repaired for upcoming family pictures. They got me right in and did a perfect job repairing my tooth. I cannot say enough nice things about everyone there. Thank you!

My daughter was a patient of Dr. Turney 3 years ago we made the switch to another dentist due to him not doing his job and billing our insurance for doing NOTHING! Once I switched my daughter to another dentist I was told she had 8 cavities that were not filled and she need to get crowns on them as well. I am very disappointed and would like for him to NO longer see patients he is committing fraud by filing insurance and not doing the work necessary to protect his patients from infections in their gums, teeth, and mouth. If you are patient or have kids that are patients please leave and fine another dentist. He isn't being a responsible doctor by leaving his patients with cavities and taking insurance money that doesn't belong to him. My daughter isn't the only child out there that had to go through pain due to cavities that were not taken care of by this irresponsible so called Dental Doctor. There are more out there that have and are going through what my child went through. So please shut down your practice and stop taking money from hard working ppl or form dental insurance that you don't deserve because you are a neglectful doctor that doesn't care for the well being of your patients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU LEAVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE AND FIND A DENTIST THAT ACTUALLY CARES FOR HIS PATIENTS AND NOT JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE AT ALL!!

Exam was awful and over priced , took less than 10 min and the dentist was extremely late with no contingency plan put in place Incase he were to be late.
