She attended Oklahoma State University, majoring in microbiology prior to receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and the Tulsa County Dental Society.
Dr. Levinson loves being a general and cosmetic dentist in Tulsa. Improving the health and well-being of her patients as well as developing relationships with them is her favorite part of the job. She is dedicated to providing premium dental care to patients. She devotes her best efforts to remaining current in clinical dental techniques as well as leading research results. Dr. Levinson is passionate about sleep disorders and helping patient's achieve optimal health. She takes a preventive and wellness approach to treatment goals, and enjoys providing the best care possible. Special interests include adult and pediatric airway health, Invisalign, nutrition, and myofunctional therapy.
Dr. Levinson and her husband, Andy, are the proud parents of their daughter, Olivia. Andy, a third generation Tulsan, earned his accounting degree from the University of Tulsa and works as a commercial lender at a local bank. They enjoy traveling, golfing, biking, and cheering on various sports teams.
After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, she started her pursuit of a doctorate in dental medicine due to its ideal mix of connecting with people and caring for others. It proved to be a perfect fit and while attending the University of Alabama-Birminghams School of Dentistry, she was honored with the International College of Dentists Leadership Award.
Dr. Sullivan has a passion for dentistry. Her goal is to help her patients achieve their best smiles. She loves that dentistry calls for a skill set that requires a blend of science and art, and because each patient has unique dental needs and goals every day brings a new and fun challenge. Dr. Sullivan has a special interests in dental sleep medicine, tongue tie treatment, myofunctional therapy, and digital dentistry and preventive care.
Dr. Carla Sullivan and her husband, Bill, are parents to four young children. Bill is a native Tulsan who works in the oil and gas industry. Carla and Bill are both dedicated Notre Dame fans, so they look forward to football season each year. They also enjoy spending time with family and friends and getting outdoors with their children.

Lovely office. Hygienist Nikoo is *amazing* with my children, especially my son with autism & sensory struggles. She provides him excellent dental care, without pushing too far beyond his comfort zone. Dr. Sullivan & team are very knowledgeable about airway function and provided helpful referrals and suggestions! Very clean office, quiet atmosphere. (The chairs even massage.) We love it here.

This is the best dentist (Dr. Levinson) and a state of the art office. They are a combination of family and dental expertise! And just in case you can be enticed - their chairs have back massage!

The staff is excellent. They worked me in for an emergent problem within 24 hours. Dr. Sullivan took care of the problem the same day even though it required a couple of hours to resolve. She and the staff are the best!

I came here out of recommendation from a friend. I had a cleaning and came up with a dental plan. Kacey was the one who cleaned my teeth and she did an amazing job. She explained everything before she did it, which I am not used to from past dentist visits. Then after said and done the Doctor came in and introduced herself and she was also really nice and professional. She told me she had concerns for the implant that I had gotten about 3 years ago. I told her that my doctor was out of Bartlesville and that he had told me if my implant failed, he would fix it for free. After telling her this, she said that I should make and appointment with them and come back so she could perfect my crown for me. They did not try to tell me that I needed anything that I didn't, and my teeth are filling cleaner than ever!

I recently got a second opinion from Dr Levinson regarding the possibility of needing implants. She agreed with the previous diagnosis, but went a step further. Instead of a superficial fix, she stressed the importance of addressing the underlying bite issues that contributed to the failure. It took a couple of extra steps, but in the end, I know everything will be done right!! I Could not be happier. Her office equipment is state of the art, and her staff is kind and professional. Highly recommend!
