I am a typical "terrified of the dentist" kinda patient. Well I have found my dentist and I will never go to anyone else. Dr. Nadine Vaughan is the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Had a tooth pulled today and she just called to check on me. She goes above and beyond. She is so gentle, understanding, patient and I could go on and on. She is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone who is anxious about going to the dentist. So glad I found her!

I absolutely without a doubt HATE this dentist office! I don't recommend them at all because clearly they don't do anything!!!! Now, I totally understand that most dental issues can be contributed to the patients lifestyle and my be our fault but what exactly are they here for? Seriously??? I have been a patient of the office since 2019 and I've had nothing but bad customer service and horrible support. My first appointment was horrible from the scheduling to the end of the visit, the dentist was no problem but the staff, They talk to you nasty, lie about availability and ultimately have no emergency appointments reserved for emergencies, and there are dental emergencies. Anyway when I first visited I was told I had a cavity but instead of filling it, they said you have to get it pulled but we don't pull teeth??? You need to see an oral surgeon, Wait what, a dentist doesn't pull teeth? Okay fine so I called the place I was referred to and at the time they did not take my state insurance, which is also weird that places don't take your state insurance but okay fine, we all know that's a whole other issue. So I went back subsequently for two more appointments, one in 2020 and one in 2021.....same issue, fast forward to May 2022..... Earlier this month I decided I needed new dental insurance and I actually get it but before it can take affect the tooth from 2019 started hurting....so I called my dentist office for an appointment and noooo ,no one can help me! Now, I go over a week and a half with a toothache, because my dentist office had nooooo appointments til like the next Wednesday , LIKE NONE, no emergency or anything. So they suggest I call around Delaware looking for a dentist or oral surgeon because they 1. Have no appointments and 2. they don't pull teeth... SO, I call around and after about 5 calls I finally find a dentist, not a oral surgeon whom is able to pull the tooth, well she pulled two teeth and one had a bone or something left in it which prevented it from healing, First thing Monday morning I call them my dentist and explain what's wrong and they don't do anything to help, they literally said NO, sorry call the place where it was pulled because 1. We don't pull teeth and 2. We have no appointments So I literally ask how does a dentist not pull teeth? And/or why aren't you trying to get your patient in to see what's wrong so it doesn't get worse? I explained how the place I went to is closed on Monday but I left a message and that I was extremely worried about an infection. Did they Listen? Nope they so called, called the other dentist for me and left a message for me but like I said I already did that and yes the other dentist was able to see immediately the next morning but I'm just not understanding why my dentist couldn't help me at all! With all that there was a bone left in there and all it required was a quick pull, but nope my dentist office could not fit me in!!!! Honestly I have zero plans to go back here. They made me fell really uncomfortable there from the beginning and I ignored the feeling, but yea I personally am truly done here. Thanks for nothing Oh yea and I winded up with an abscess anyway, like I wanted to prevent but I guess not

I have been a patient of Dr. Nadine Vaughan for over 10 years. She is an amazingly talented and caring Dentist. Her personality and warmth makes every visit a joy. I always leave with a smile. The staff are very courteous and I never wait. By the time I pick up a magazine I'm being called to be seen! I would certainly recommend Dr. Vaughan for excellent and honest dental care. Please don't tell anyone that I have a crush on Dr. Vaughan's mother who sometimes works in the office!

I went there as a new patient and I have met Dr. Nadine. She was very nice, have sense of humor and accommodating. And I have also met Dr. Levine because I had an emergency and they were very nice to squeeze me in. The doctors really care about you as well as the staff members. I have received a phone call from Dr. Levine the same day to check if the feeling is better with my teeth. That was my first time for a doctor to call like that and it was really appreciated. He was very nice and you can feel that he truly cares about his patients. I remember when I've read reviews where if the staff members are nice, that shows how excellent the environment and doctors are as well. And yes, I agree. So next time when you set an appointment, see if you're speaking to a kind person, and if yes, you have found the right one. I am glad I have finally found mine. Thank you to all of you! God Bless .

The entire staff is always friendly and happy to help you and they make sure your time isn't wasted without making you feel rushed. I've been to many dental offices and this one is the best by far.

ALWAYS an excellent experience - great front office , great Dental Tech , great Dr's. .. In all my 60+ years , this office is the ONLY one i am not white knuckled while in the chair. Dr Levine and staff always insure there is no pain , and that i am comfortable while being worked on. They always let me know what they are going to do next.

Recently I called with a sensitive tooth. They saw me within two hours. As always they were caring and professional. I love these guys and they do a fantastic job with cleaning, cavities Xrays, etc. I highly recommend them.

I have been seeing Dr. Levine for many years. He is a wonderful, compassionate person, and he has such a gentle touch that I never feel any pain. I would heartily recommend him to anyone needing a great dentist.
