Dr. Fabrianne Figueroa Cohen is a highly trained Periodontist with a vast amount of experience in implant dentistry. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Caracas, Venezuela where she achieved her Dental Degree at the Central University of Venezuela in 2000. Dr. Cohen then completed a four-year internship at the Santa Rosa Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center in Caracas. She later completed her postdoctoral program in Oral Surgery with honors at the Central University of Venezuela.
Dr. Cohen worked in a private practice at the Santa Rosa Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center in Caracas before moving to South Florida, where she completed 3 years of advanced training in periodontics and implant dentistry. She received her Certificate in Periodontics from Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Dr. Cohen has authored and co-authored numerous articles and book chapters on topics including Alveolar Reconstruction and Distraction Osteogenesis. Dr. Cohen is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a member of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO), and a member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP). Dr. Cohen is also an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Periodontology Department at Nova Southeastern University.
Her areas of interest in treatment include minimally invasive soft-tissue grafting techniques for teeth and implants, immediate implant placement, bone tissue regeneration, periodontal-orthodontic accelerating procedures and periodontal plastic surgery.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles California but moved to Georgia at 16 with my family. When I was 19 years old I started my Dental career as an Endodontist assistant. I married my high school sweetheart, Ryan, in 2007 and moved to South Florida. I worked for the Levines for about 5 years and then took a brief break to raise my 3 handsome boys. I was invited back to work for the Levines in their beautiful new office. I function as our in-house IT department, scheduling coordinator and resident happy helper.
Kim has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She started her career as a dental assistant in periodontal surgery and finally as a Dental Hygienist. Kim enjoys staying current in the latest technology and standards of care in dentistry. She is very interested in getting to know her patients to provide the best care that is unique to the individual. Comfortable, therapeutic care is always her main goal. When Kim isnt in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband. She also loves snow skiing, fitness and going on playdates with her dog.
My name is Cristina and I moved to America from Romania in 2000. I have been Dr. Levines dental assistant since 2006. I am a very experienced Certified Dental Assistant, graduating from Sanford Brown Institute in Ft. Lauderdale. I want each patients dental visit to be as stress-free and comfortable as possible. I used to be a professional handball player back in Romania. I enjoy traveling with my husband, biking, hiking, and constantly learning more about dentistry.
After graduating from Citrus High school in 2013 in Inverness, FL. I moved to Ft. Lauderdale to pursue my career in dentistry. I received my certification from DAAPB followed by a license in expanded function duties. I have been working for the Levines since 2015 with goals to one day be a hygienist. My ultimate dream is to become a dentist because I love dentistry. I am very passionate to learn and love to make people smile. My hobbies include kayaking, going to the beach and spending time with my fiance, Chris, and puppy, Laila.

As usual, the office is efficient, clean and the staff accommodating. My visit was for a dental cleaning and I found the hygienist very knowledge about ways I can better care for my teeth and preserve bone structure.
